Leaves were clinging to his fur from where they had rolled. Getting up slowly, he shook. The leaves fell to the ground. Creating a random pattern around his paws. He shifted his attention to Allison. "Nice catch." He said giving her a smirk. Lowering his head he nudged her again. "It's almost time for dinner. And we need to find cloths. I don't think either of us wants to be walking around naked." He walked back to the clearing and gathered up his torn clothing in his mouth. "I would challenge you to a race but you don't know where the cabins are and I have no idea where you left your bags. So we'll just make it a run." He walked over to her cloths and pushed them into a pile with his nose. Looking around again he found his unharmed shirt and gathered that into his mouth as well.

Just like she feared. The girl thought they were absolutely crazy. She watched as the girl got up and backed against the wall . Walking over to her she placed a warm hand on her shoulder. Calming emotions started to flood from her hand into Roshna, hopefully calming her. Looking over her shoulder, she spoke to prof. Black. "Change into something that doesn't see other animals as food. I doubt she would react well to seeing a lion in the same room as her. Think of a herbivore." She gave him a tired smile and turned back to Roshna. "It's okay. We're only trying to help you. You are save here, Roshna." She said.

Professor Black could see that the principle was exhausted. No doubt tired from the long day and having to feel everyones emotions and control some of those emotions. Closing his eyes, he pictured the one animal he thought the girl wouldn't be scared of. Seconds later he stood on the doorframe on four hooves. He barely fit through the door frame. He had shifted into a beautiful black stallion. He pawed the ground with his hoof and whinnied. Demanding that the two females look at him. His eyes locked onto the girl's.

They called me names because I have yellow eyes. They plucked the feathers from my hair because they thought it was a joke, because they thought I had put them their myself to look utterly ridiculous. They caused me pain and a lot of blood loss - I had to get many blood transfusions from a VET! A Vet, because only owl blood is accepted by my body. The teachers told me "...take your contacts out or we'll call your parents", "feathers and yellow eyes aren't school uniform"
Well, tough luck. I was born with irises as glamourous as gold. The day I hit puberty my feathers began sprouting, not just the usual other things. My voice - hell yeah it deepened. It also changed. My face is different to everyone else's. Much different.

My name is Bryony. I came from Nashville, Tennessee. Well, that's where I lived and went to school before the 'rents sent me here. I was born in Aus. My dad's a Cro. No one knows what my mum is. I'm sixteen, my birthday's in April... or May. You see, I don't actually have a birthday. Because I wasn't born - I hatched from an egg. It's a secret I've kept all my life, right up until now. I'm a new student here, I came here later than the other 'new' students. I've been diagnosed with dyslexia because my eyes are fixed to my skull - I can't read properly. And every time I try - the letters, the words, they just... I can't see them. Even the white writing on blue paper treatment won't cut it. But I know I'm not dyslexic. That's no dyslexia. I'm an owl. Well, a Were-owl. But you get the point - hopefully. I've had many decent friends in Aus because, I find, the people there were more kind on open to my differences. Maybe its the whole 'multi-cultural' stuff that goes on back there. I miss it heaps, but there's no turning back now.

I've never had a boyfriend. Never. Or a girlfriend. Not that I'm the "forever-alone" type, just that... Monogamy is taken VERY seriously in most owl species. I'd like to think it's a very serious matter. All of em turned me away, except one who I really, really liked. But he's gone. He's got a girlfriend just like me. In fact, I often think she's my other 'me'. Hmm.

Not really making sense now, am I? I stand at approximately 5'2", I guess some people would call me 'freakishly tall'. I don't care. Being tall has it's benefits. For those who care, no. I don't do bras. Heck, I don't even have... "them" at all. I'm an OWL for crying out loud! Eheh... Well, an anthropomorphic owl. I can't really fly yet, my wings still haven't completely grown in, and I haven't even reached my first moult yet. I don't wear shoes - you expect these toes and massive tarsi to fit even the largest men's size? Uh-uh. No. I do, however, have very human-like legs, in terms of the way they are built, more so than shape. I also have the feminine figure characteristic of that of your modern day human being. But that's about it. The rest of me is great horned owl. I have the brain capacities and mentality of a human, but otherwise, owl. Hoo. I do wear clothes, for the sake of having some decency. You'll most often see me wearing camo shorts and a white tank top and deep green beret.

Favourite Colour: I like blue. Every shade. Just don't
bring up the number '50' and the shade 'grey' when I'm around...

Bite me. The threat rang in his head multiple times, each time it convinced him that he actually should. She was close to him, so when he spun around in less then a second and pinned her against a tree, it would be quite the surprise. His eyes ran red, and his fangs came out. One hand cradled her neck with a firm force, while his other hand kept her secure around her hip. "Listen here Shifter." He snarled, each word a fangy hiss. "Bite me, my a$$. I sure as hell hope that the other vampires at this dump give you less mercy towards your racism." As he finished his words, he gave her a firm shake against the tree before releasing her. Jeez. What was with these girls here? We're they all mental in some way?

{ unless you've spoken to Rain about this, not accepted. The only female spot open is a female fae. Which was already reserved. As well as the fact if Rain will accept a were-'owl' as there clearly isn't an option for that on the list. }

Nevermind that, i apologise. I honestly did read the front page to the best of my ability in my current state, and thought that maybe this were more of a fantasy than supernatural thing. Oh well. This place always had a way of calming her. Her chest felt light and she couldn't feel the remnants of her earlier rage. Lowering her arms back to her sides, she stepped away from edge. Her stomach growled reminding her that it was dinner time. Starting into a run she made her way to dinning hall. The smell of first day pizza filled the air. "Pizza! I love being home." She said outloud as she stopped at the doors. She pushed open the door and smiled as a few faces turned toward her. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and headed to the table that was filled with pizza. Grabbing. Plate she stacked a few slices on it and whent to an empty table. Sitting down and picking up the first slice she took a bit. She moaned with pure pleasure not realizing just how much she missed pizza and how hungry she was.
