Cary smiled as she leaned on the wall with albert and saw kaiiyen and clark hug. "If he isnt here in five minutes im going to kill him." She huffed.

"Rate you two are going, youre going to get yourselves BOTH killed" albert replied.

Kaiiyen smiled and looked down at her dress. "It's the original one, yes? Went better with my eyes." She said, before looking around. "What is this for, again?"

"You know... I don't really know. I'll ask Cary later." Clark replied, pushing his glasses back up his nose.

"My grandfather had this crazy idea to clean up crime in gotham." Cary sighed walking over, "Dad still keeps that going and it needs a lot of support." She said.

Clark looked sheepish whn Cary came over. "I totally knew that." He said, but the confidence in his eyes told Cary and Kaiiyen he was just playing his role as part of his disguise.

Kaiiyen looked around again. "Ambassadors, I understand. But why Harvey Dent?"

Cary scoffed almost in disgust, "Hes the new defense secretary in the city. Hes keeping wayne industries from expanding our resources to other cities saying we arent ready." She said shaking her head. "Thinks he's top dog." She chuckled, "Sick adamas on his *ss and we'll see whos top dog." She mumbled.

"Right. I've been here five days studying English since the night I crash landed, and I'm expected to know everything." Kaiiyen said quietly as she turned her eyes over to Harvey. She used x-ray vision to make sure he wasn't carrying anything dangerous on him. He wasn't. You couldn't ever be too careful.

Clark pushed his glasses up his nose again and got into his disguise again as many others walked by. "Oh... Th..that makes sense..." He said, stuttering along his words. He sighed, and took a step back, bumping into a table and spilling some water. "A..ah!! I'm sorry a..about that..." He said, stumbling to help clean up the table cloth.

Ororo brought Nyx to her house. She pointed her towards the bathroom then went in the kitchen to make food for the little girl.

Nyx walked into the bathroom. She locked the door and then teleported to Loki. "Brother!" she called.

Amelia heard Nyx. She stood up and walked towards her. She wanted to hear what Nyx had found out.

Nyx turned to look at the child, "whats this child doing here?" She scoffed at amelia.

"Dont worry about it" Cary said continuing to look at the stairs for when bruce was coming down. "

"She probably found something out." Amelia said. "It better be good" she said to Nyx.

Sheik was messing with her blades, twirling them through her fingers expertly. She wasn't fond of the child, but she had to respect her. Her cold silver eyes turned to the small girl, and saw walked over to stand beside Amelia. "I agree. It had better be good."

Kaiiyen looked around again at the banquet going on around them.

Clark watched the staircases as well, not wanting to say anything that might offend CL.
