"If you're sure." Lestrade stepped a little closer to hug Roger, wanting her to be able to tell him anything, even though there were some things he would likely never know.

[Kanaria]

Roger started to cry, but was fighting it. "I-Its just... Remember how I burst out crying on the way to see Mycroft the first time?" She asked softly. "I wasn't scared."

[EO+RS]

"Why did you cry, then?" asked Lestrade, caressing her back gently.

[Kanaria]

"B-b-because I'm pregnant... A-and it was my first time..." Roger's voice grew softer as she spoke. "J-just like my mother."

[EO+RS]

Lestrade closed his eyes. "But that doesn't mean you're going to end up like her. Learn from it, be better then her, Roger." he said, holding her tightly. ((feeelllsss!))

[Kanaria]

"I'll try..." Roger said, sobbing. "I'll try, I'll try..."

[EO+RS]

"That's all you need to do." said Lestrade, holding her tight and wishing he never had to let go. Well, he didn't have to, yet. "I'll be there."

[Kanaria]

Roger didn't say anything, as her body was racked by sobs. Her thin frame trembled against Lestrade, tears flowing downing down her face. She was absolutely miserable.

[EO+RS]

Lestrade simply wrapped her up, rocking her gently and wishing that there was something he could say that would make her feel better, feel safe and calm and herself...

[Kanaria]

Roger buried her face into Greg's shirt, letting the the solidness of his presence surround her. She felt safe in his arms, like nothing could harm her. She wanted to stay here forever.
