The small girl nodded running into the bathroom and turning the taps on before putting a cloth underneath the water soaking it. She ran back handing it to Alex. ''W-Will he be okay?'' she asked glancing down at Jeff with worry.

Jeff smiled at the younger girl before grunting as he was put down on the soft mattress ''i'll be fine..'' he said a little uncertainty in his voice ''I've been through worse at the lab..being burnt and all'' he chuckled. Jeff momentarily looked through the window..the thought he heard...laughter?

Elissta walked in the house soon after. She had gone to a nearby empty market , just food in it no manger or employees. She dragged in the food and sat it down on the table then followed the sound to a bed room.

She couldn't risk hurting him by pulling of his hoodie jacket, so instead she pulled it away from the blood on the wound and up to his chin so he couldn't look. Alex wanted to say something, that getting stabbed like this was nothing like being burnt, but she kept her mouth shut for the sake of the others. She took the cloth and pressed it to his wound, but she was careful since she didn't know how he dealt with pain. "What was that?" she asked softly, not taking the time or caring enough to look up. The laughter made her a little edgy, but for all she knew it could just be some teenagers outside messing around.

Jeff winced as the cold cloth touched his wound ''You heard it to?'' he mumbled before peering over to the window again before back at Alex as the pain grew worse. Jeff grunted at the pain, ever since the lab he's been able to endure pain alot more knowing he'd had felt more back in that hell hole.

She frowned momentarily as he said that while she mumbled an apology. "It's probably just a bunch of teenagers.. you really need to stay still, Jeff." Alex looked over to him, hoping he would listen to her warning. She knew that the more he moved, the longer it would take him to even come close to feeling better. She crouched down, balancing on her toes beside the bed so she didn't have to hover over him the entire time.

Jeff muttered a curss under his breath, looking back at the window yet again. She should know by now that he wouldn't listen, he never did. ''I don't think its just teenagers...'' he muttered.

Jack suddenly appeared in front of Jeff and Alex leaving behind a puff of black smoke causing the wounded boy he was floating above to flinch at the sudden appearance ''Well if it isn't Alex and Jeff'' he smirked before landing on his own two feet beside the bed and starting a argument with himself over what Jeff got himself into this time.

Alex jumped, having to catch herself by grabbing a hold of the mattress. She hated being scared, and she normally would act out on that influence, but she couldn't leave Jeff. She turned slightly to look beside her at the person once she stopped her shaking. "Who are you? How do you even know our names?!"

Jeff sighed recognising his brown locks of hair and smile ''Jack Black..'' he muttered rolling his eyes ''I knew Jack before the lab..'' he explained knowing he'd get a question from one of the girls how he knew him. ''Except he appears to be loosing it now..'' He finnished before glancing up at the once again floating and cackling Jack, there appeared to be a red substance on his claws...

She paused, still a little spooked by the sudden appearance of him in the small room. "That's ironic. The name, I mean. Like the actor.. he sure likes a good laugh, too.." she muttered, not knowing what to say anymore. Alex turned to Jeff, giving him a 'no duh' look to the comment. It wasn't hard to tell when someone was losing it, as she's come close to it before. And she's also been around Jeff for a while. "How many people did you kill, Jack Black? I don't expect that to be red food dye on your ... claws."
