Without another word, Hotaru turned and started to walk off. "See ya around, depressed guy." she waved her fingers over her shoulders and stifled a laugh. Her steps were carefully measured, making sure not to make a sound. If the male made a move, she would want to know the instant he flinched.

Corvo nipped at the air near Clara with a whine of annoyance. The sound had no good explanation despite the fact that he dearly wished to tackle her to the ground and engage in a full on play fight. He was sure that his fighting skills would be lacking at the time. A nap was all he could focus on. A fight at this point would lead to him likely loosing to the desire of wanting to sleep.

Clara backed off slightly. "Lets go find a nice tree to lie under... or something else comfortable," she suggested.

Corvo didn't bother with trying to find a more secluded place, he just flopped down where he stood. "Right here is comfortable." he said gruffly, rolling onto his side and instantly laying his head down with a massive yawn. He smacked his jaws before stretching out his legs to further block the path.

"Look," Taru took a quick step away from the boy when he released her. The electricity flooded back to her hands in a defensive act. "I'm not about to go all into some deep philosophical discusion with you. So, man up and stop thinking the world has something against you. Mkay?" after he grabbed her, she wanted so badly to kill him in his place. Something stopped her, though. Something that confused even herself.

Corvo rolled around in the dirt just to make his scent known. He still had the instincts of an alpha and would act as one. Once his pelt was sufficiently dirtied, he laid back down on his side and sneezed from the dust and dirt. "Maybe... River's bed is comfier... maybe we could make it to her house before crashing?" as he spoke, he struggled not to sneeze again.
