I nodded. "Alright then... I can try." I removed my phone from my pocket and called my father, but he refused to answer his phone. I called him five times with no response.

I sigh, "Just come in the school, ill have the office phone home." I say opening the doors

I nodded reluctantly and walked inside, still having no idea what a school for people who were highly intelligent would want with me; I wasn't even in any AP or IB type classes.

I walk to the office where Storm waited, "Hello" he said,
"Hey can I borrow the phone Storm?" She nods and I take the phone directory with me out of the office

I looked at the woman that he called Storm, unsure of what to do next. My phone rang again before I could think; it was my mother this time. Her shrill voice made my head pound.

I snatched i walked and snatched the phone, "Hey! Stop! Im one of the office aids, your daughter was a couple monutes late so I had to give her the tour, we forgot to check in, that was my fault, i apologize."

Power, In Depth:
Nyth's power is his heartbeat. Seriously. You can see his heartbeat, it glows and flashes to the beat and its best seen in the dark. The brighter it glows the stronger it is, obviously, and it is brightest at the center where his heart is and branches off in arms across his chest and back, you can see it at his back as well as front, and down his arms. Little glowing moving specks dance around his whole body. Now I know this doesn't sound like all the great a mutation, not everyone is lucky enough to fly, but he has an ability in which he can feel anothers' heartbeat upon physical contacts and even, if needed, jumpstart another's heart. However this jumpstart takes a lot of energy and usually leaves him unconscious.

Well I guess he'd be considered a 1 had it not been for his jumostart ability which could be a 2. So maybe 1.5, if 2.

Nythaniel has lightly tanned olive skin that may be from an Italian heritage, or possibly his Hispanic heritage depending on how you look at it. His black hair is kept sort but long enough to actually have some. You'll usually see him with a light scruffy black gotee style beard and mustache. His chocolate brown gaze and charming pearly white smile usually capture girls' hearts in a second. Nythaniel has a necklace he never takes off. It is a king copper chain with a decorative old style key in it. This had been his twin sister's, she had the same power but instead of glowing first oranges.and red, she was cook blues and purples. She died in a car accident when they were 10. When he's not wearing an X uniform you'll find him in slightly baggy jeans and some t shirt and in either his Nikes or workbooks.

Personality:
Nythaniel may look like a heartbreaker, but if anyone tells you that he is they'd be telling you a bold faced lie. Nyth is a sweetheart and the last thing he's ever do is hurt someone, unless of course he absolutely had to. He's very respectful, especially of women and girls, that may be because he grew up around women. He's a loyal friend and always puts others before himself, his loyalty to friends and family is his fatal flaw. If you need a shouldering to cry on or an ear to rant to, he's your guy. Heck, he'd let you blow off steam by being your punching back, eh..if your a girl that is, he'll show you to a punching back if youre a guy. He's eager to listen and a great advisor when you need it. Now don't underestimate him because you know he's mostly this "soft", caring guy. He's strong willed and well muscled and when in a fight, beware. He doesn't use his powers against anyone, controlling hearts is wrong in his opinion and it uses more energy that does actually fighting. He's very easy going and its difficult to get him mad, but if you do manage it, don't know why you would, be prepared to see a side of him that can be as scary as it is shocking. His sister is a sensitive area of discussion and he avoids talking of her, please respect that and don't inquire.

History:
Nythaniel grew up surrounded by women; his dad was never in the picture and his mom lived with her sister, his aunt. They often visited Nyth's grandmother who babysat Nyth and his sister while his mom worked many jobs to help his aunt pay the rent and provide food on the table. Thus, he learn to appreciate the little things in life and respect women, which he does highly. One day when being driven home from their grandmothers, they got in a car accident. His sister Elizabeth died, his mother survived but was permanently paralyzed from the waist down and had to use a wheelchair. This was catastrophic for Nythaniel and he sunk into a deep depression and stopped talking at age ten until he turned fifteen. Five years of silence and therapy didn't open him up. A girl did. Freshmen year of high school a girl named Audrey befriended him dispute his quiet antisocial personality at the time. Her patience and love chipped away at the box he put himself in until finally he let her in. She and him became best friends and were inseperable. She even learned of his powers and loved him still. They started dating sophmore year and stayed together until graduation. They would have stayed and probably would have married, he had been secretly saving up for a ring to propose to her, but her dad got a job transfer and she had to move across the country. They still remain friends and talk to each other in the phone and through email, but he hasn't seen his dear Audrey in almost 5 months. He's available for a relationship, but Audrey still holds part of his heart and while it's easy to befriend him, stealing his heart away will be a challenge. He learned of Xavier's school through a mutant friend of his and enrolled. He may be a high school graduate, but there's a lot he still needs to learn about mutants and he wants to become a professor there after he's learned all he can and can become a professor. He's been at Xavier's school for about 3 months now.

His mother is Stella Sunbeam, he took his mother's name because no body knew his dad, his mother had been kidnapped and well...you can guess what happened when nine months later Stella gave birth. His Aunt Luisa Richards, whose a mutant herself and regenerated her limbs. His grandmother his Caroline Sunbeam. His ain't Luisa is married to John Richards. All approve of him and they keep in touch.

Power, In Depth:
She becomes apart of anything, may it be an object, wall, tree, the ground, a vehical, person, animal, you name it. Her molecules copy the molecules of her environment, this allowing her to become apart of it. She can take control of nonliving objects that she become apart of, like her motorcycle for example, her hands and legs will meld into it and she can control it and make it move as if she and it were one being. Thing is, she only will become apart of it where she touches, the rest of her will only copy the looks and texture but her shape usually remains and she can get injures still and such. For now at least, what she doesn't know is that her mutation still isn't fully advanced and it will soon be to where her molecules won't just be copying the molecules of her environment and remaining her own, but she'll be able to become it totally. Instead of just her back being apart of the wall and her skin changing to look Luke the wall but her shape remains, she melt into it and be part of the wall. But that won't be until much later.

Creamy skin that tans in the summer and Palestine to an olive color in the winter when sunlight is hard to come by. Her hair is silky and jet black, cut short with some falling across her face. Her eyes are black with a metallic shine in them that make them seem unreal. Pearly pink, full lips make her white smile desirable. She likes to where dark clothes and is usually found wearing black skinny jeans, or black skinny leather biker pants, a dark tight t shirt or tank top and her black leather jacket and knee high biker boots. She also has black leather biker gloves with the fingers cut out.

Personality:
Jessy has quite the attitude, with her sarcastic tongue and quick comebacks she's a great argued with a first temper to add some flare. Her bite is just as bad as her bark and when in a fight she knows how to use her powers to her advantage, and her environment. She quick and agile, making her quite lethal when she needs to be. An independant soul, the only reason she stays at the school is because she's been having problems with her powers, otherwise she wouldn't stick around. She does have a sift side, but that would be rather difficult to find seeing as she doesn't get close to anyone, always ready to leave she makes allies, not friends. In her eyes, friends are too stable for her, to make friends would be rooting herself to the spot and she's too restless to remain rooted. Plus, friends would be something an enemy would.use against her and she can't risk that for her own sake as well as others'. The only one she is close to is her brother, whom is in a foster home until she can go back and adopt him. She doesn't let anyone know about her brother.

History:
Jessica found out about her powers when she was seven and slapped a boy across the face at the park, her hand had become part of his cheek and both kids screamed, claiming it was the others fault. She lived in an orphanage at the time and after that was a fauster home jumper until she ran away at sixteen and lived on her own, that is until she got herself into a bit of trouble and if it wasn't for some other mutant she probably wouldn't still be alive. The other person led her to the school and she has been living there for a few months now. She met her brother through the foster place and found him, his family took her in for a little while but when trouble found her she moves on for their safety.

Power, In Depth:
Jason has the power to control all the elements(earth, air, water, fire, and electricity). Of all the elements his dominant one is water and so far it is the only one he has almost full control over, each come in time as he gets stronger and better control over powers, and earth is just showing itself. When each element shows itself it is painful. Not only does he have control but he can become the element itself. (When fire and electricity "awaken" they will stir up quite the inner conflict which will be seen in the future) His water powers heal him, no it is not healing powers it's simply when he gets injured his powers instinctively turn the injury to water then back and its healed. This power also can be transfered, once he learns how to control his powers fully that is, what i mean is for example, if someone gets injured her could turn his hand to water(which will keep the shape of the origional form if he wants) then sets his hand on the injury, with enough concentration he could turn the other person's injury to water and it will do the same as it does for him. This however takes alot of energy, as does using his powers excessively in any way, everyone has limits and he is not excluded.

Jason skin ranges from ivory to pale, yep not all that much of a range but still. His eyes are the deepest blue you can think of and it seems that the type of blue they are is always unclear, its like every hue, tone and type of blue all put together and undress of the perfect blend, you see them all at once. On top of this he had blue hair, yes its natural. He usually wears jeans, a t shirt, hooded jacket, and converse.

Personality:
Jason is kind hearted and sweet, a flirt at times and immature. He's wimpy however and would run from a fight before it even started. But if you somehow do get him mad, he's as uncontrollable as a river and dangerous as rapids. He is very social and likes to ve around people. Digging deeper you'll find hidden in his mind a second personality attached to his fire and lightning powers. This personality is firey, tempermental, and downright mean. He calls himself Jay and hates Jason, wanting to ve the only personality. Any thing else you'll have to find out later cause it would be spoiler.

History:
Jason was raised by a single mother that worked between part time jobs and was a mutant herself, but she was ill and had a hard time keeping up with the bills so Jason had dropped out of school and got a part time job himself to help out. Jason was a late-bloomer with his powers, well, when he was about three he once had a sphere of bath water floating in front of his face but, somehow his powers went into a dorment state until one day he tripped in the woods and fell on a root, scrapped up his back terribly and awakened his water control. The pain of the scratches wa nothing compared to the pain brought by the first time his powers were stirred and used, his whole back slowly turned to water without him even meaning to, it was pure instinct driving his powers, and slowly turned back to normal fully healed. Problem was, after that he had no control and sometimes he or parts of him would suddenly be water and he didn't notice at first. His mother had once gone to the school and scent Jason there, he has been going to the school for about a year now.

I wondered what I should do now. The brotherhood was growing, if slowly, and we weren't decreasing... But we were growing too slowly. We cant risk another ... problem. How can I get a large amount of recruits... where is there a large group of people? Workplaces perhaps. But there not guaranteed to have a large group of mutants, if any. Perhaps... Perhaps ... the school. Yes. A change of appearance is good, but should I go?
