Maddie raised her eyebrow. "Nickel, if these questions are so 'duh' then maybe the game will bore you. Perhaps you should stay in the hospital wing- that way you can entertain yourself." She turned to Kane. "I don't know why you have a sword, or why Nickel has arrows, but no, you can't use them. Unless the arrows have rubber over the tips."

Nickel

"Are kidding me? No way! And I haven't used regular arrows in years. I'd only use them for setting off traps, like a net, or a trip line. I wouldn't use anything sharp."

Kane

"It's sorta a long story. But both Nickel and I are excellent with our weapons."

"Sword, no. Arrows, only if they're protected. End of story. Any other questions?"

"Are Akira and Lycan participating?" Kane asked.

[Alatar Maia]

"Lycan is. I'm not sure about Akira. Alright, move out, dorms! Let the Games begin."

"Which dorm is he teaming up with? I don't really want to run into him by accident."

Maddie was already flying away, up into one of the old tree forts that had served as the Hane base a couple years ago.

Kane sighed. "Whatever. Tsubasa, follow me!" Kane flew off towards the typical Tsubasa base when they played capture the flag."
