At the sudden noise, Cree looked up to see Kane, recognizing him vaguely from the meeting before.
"Hm? O-oh, sure, thank you." He said.

"What are you looking for then?" Kane narrowed his eyes. "School records?"

((The one thing you want to see happen?

{I agree. There's only one thing that I want to happen for sure.}

"Yes." Cree said, then glanced back at the myriad of shelves to go through. "Well, anything really. School history, student profiles, urban legends, things like that."


As his brother was off working in the library, Zuni continued to scour the land for any sort of hands-on information. Unfortunately, he had to resort to sort of gliding in between far branches as he went up and down through the levels of the brush, due to his heart not being able to quite keep up with the speed of his hummingbird wings. He didn't mind, though, simply kept jumping.
He came to a sudden stop on a branch, perching, scanning the area around him, though failing to notice the girl on the branch below him.

Ace saw someone above her. She flapped her wings and when to go take a look

{Oh, that. I want Nickel to get injured, so it seems as if there really is a curse on the Kaze dorm.}

Kane thought about that for a second. "Okay, I'll be right back." Kane quickly walked to the next row, and five minutes later, came back with his arms full of books and files. "We can start with these."

Zuni leaned a bit too far forward and ended up hanging upside down with his hands and feet still on the branch, but apparently looking the older girl straight in the eye. His grey eyes widened, startled.
"Oh! Uh, hello." He said.


((Cool! :3 I have a few vague ideas I'd like to see for Zuni too, but those are for a bit later on I guess XD ))

Cree tried not to be so obviously new at actually having other people help him, but the blatant confusion in his eyes was making the effort fail miserably.
"Alright." He nodded, taking the books and setting them down on a nearby table, sifting through them expertly.

"Don't worry- I spend a lot of time in the library. I've practically memorized the place." Kane told Cree, sensing his discomfort. "Here, I'll help you skim." Kane took a book and began flipping through it, ignoring all the useless information.
