"A big meteor shower or something, I think it may have knocked the earth of it's axis." Ella says "I don't see how that would be possible but it sure seems like it."

[EO+RS]

"But why is so much of the world underwater?" he asked. Ada sighed and gave up, sitting in front of them and listening to the conversation.

[PaintLily]

"I have no Idea." Ella says and shrugs "Food is scarce so you better be prepared to face hunger, and of course some people are bad so you might want to keep an eye out otherwise they might hurt you."

[EO+RS]

Ada spoke quickly in case Jack was about to say something about the boat. She didn't fully trust this person yet. "We'll be able to do for ourselves, I think. And I came... prepared." she finished, twisting to show the gun to Ella. "It used to be dad's." she said, fingering it, then sighing and putting her elbows on her knees and her chin on her hand. "What about you?"

"I've got a bow and some arrows." Ella says and gestures to the bow and quiver of arrows strapped to her back "I'm glad you've got something to protect yourself with."

[EO+RS]

Ada took a moment to measure her up. She actually seemed alright, she thought grudgingly. "You said food's scarce, right? Well,..." she glanced at Jack, then said "You can come with us back to our boat." she said, almost reluctantly.

"And why exactly are you inviting me to your boat?" Ella asks, very puzzled at Ada's offer and waiting for a reply to the question she had asked.

[EO+RS]

"You seem like a nice person who's struggling." said Ada grudgingly. "And we may need you." Jack was smiling.

[PaintLily]

"Well okay then." Ella says and gets up smiling and waiting for them to show her the way to their boat, wondering what it would be like.

"Just trying to survive, I don't really see the point in going anywhere else really, no matter where I am it will be just as hard to survive." Jordan says "What about you?"

"Well since my family isn't around" She shrugged holding back the tears that threatened to escape, "Just surviving, the rest of my family are states away and I don't even know if they are alive" She sighed and glanced down at her feet, "We should probably get moving there were some pretty unfriendly guys back there" She pointed to the rocky area behind her before she looked back at him.
