--Bruiser is a title, sir, not a name.-- I informed him. The 'sir' part was kind of... okay, it was really a habit. It was a huge habit for me to call male royalty or nobles 'sir', back from when I was actually allowed to speak.

"So I see." David said sitting back in his chair.

I nodded and subtly looked around the waiting room. Someone entered who looked very, very familiar. He sat behind me and stared. Great.

"Are you alright?" David asked.

(Sorry I wasn't on all day. I had science fair work to do.)

I nodded, but I knew that even if I was now, I would not be 'alright' later. I knew that man, who he was, and what his job was. I knew what the man had been hired to do. ((Ooh, a science fair? Awesome! What's your project?))

"Who is he?" David whispered.

I shrugged. --That depends. Sometimes he hurts, sometimes he kills, sometimes he obtains or gives information and sometimes he kidnaps. It's all about what he was hired for, because it's all about money for him-- I wrote.

"Good thing I carry this around." David said pulling a dagger out of his pocket.

--That probably won't do you too much good-- I wrote. --He's been in fights where he has been stabbed over thirty-seven times and still finished his job with a smile on his face.-- I shuddered at the memory of his creepy smile.
