"Now can you tell me how you got that?" David asked pointing at the wound

--Somebody punched me while wearing spiked gloves. I was able to avoid most of the hits, but one spike grazed me while he used a lot of force-- I wrote. I left out the part where it was more than deep enough for stitches.

"Do you know who?" David asked

[Princess Finaqua]

I shrugged. --Somebody I refused to work for-- I wrote. There were a lot of nasty things that went on in the streets, even in little towns like Storybrooke.

I shook my head. --Most of us 'street rats' go by fake names, anyway. The tougher your street name the tougher you seem to be and the more people will follow and protect you.-- I wrote to him.

"What's his street name?" David asked

[Princess Finaqua]

((Writing a scene in which a character is slowly dying while the man who is in love with her sits on the side of her hospital bed makes me cry!))
I shrugged again. --I have no idea, but I think he was a 'Bruiser'; someone hired to beat up specific targets for various purposes. In this case the intention was most likely intimidation.-- I wrote to him.
