Blake listened to Shadow silently as he was taken to the room, looking at the turrets curiously. After glancing around the room his eyes finally settled on the button on the ceiling. I guess that's what i'm aiming for? He stepped forward cautiously, looking at the turrets. They have to be there for some reason. He waved his hand in front of it, stepping back quickly as it moved. "Hello?" The turret spoke in a high pitched voice, red laser moving around the room. "Are you still there?" Blake watched the turret, shivering slightly. He had a feeling that the laser was not supposed to be a good thing. Once he was finished trying to figure out what the turrets did, he turned towards the blue, transparent matter spiraling up towards the button. Tensing up, he made a run for it, running across the turrets' line of fire. Not paying attention to what they were saying, he ducked and rolled out of the way, stopping near the blue matter. Heart beating quickly, he stood and straightened his jacket absentmindedly, examining the blue spiral. He carefully reached one hand forward, feeling the pull as it pulled his hand towards the ceiling. Realizing what it did, he stepped into it, letting it carry him up and towards the button so he could push it. Shoving off the ceiling with his hands, he pushed himself out of the spiral and landed on the ground again.
Light Core shook slightly, as if in fear, at what Shadow said. "Um ... Okay ..." He murmured in Binary Code, sliding along the management rail slowly and looking down into the chamber at Erath. "Yeah! The button. It's really simple, actually." He didn't stop to consider the fact that he probably couldn't understand him at all.
[sorry if I had you guys held up at all. I think that's the longest roleplay post I've written in my life xD]
