(Got it and C.C. and Firewall were there that whole time too, just really quiet XD)
Malware flicked his tail impatiently. GLaDoS' body hadn't exactally fitted him well, so he stripped it down to the wires that currently held him up. Trojan hadn't reported back to him and it bothered him deeply. A small beep from a wall with a red light on it made him smirk. His offspring had been born... Perfect. In the depths of his processors he felt a small pang of guilt for using Shadow like he had, but he shook the feeling off as Rouge and Virus approached him. A small cat padding silently behind them, looked up at him with a smirk in her eyes, "Hello, my child. How have you been?"
Her presence caught him off guard, but he quickly regained his posture, "What are you doing here? You were suppose to kill those scraps I sent down to you."
"Now Malware, I asked you a question," she hissed back.
Being careful to avoid eyecontact, Malware spoke again, "I'm fine. Rouge, what is she doing here?"
Rouge was shaking slightly as he let his gaze drop to the floor, "She just showed up in the test chamber I had been passing through on my way to retrieve Virus. She commanded me to bring her here."
Malware tilted his head slightly, "So we're still playing mind tricks huh?"
The small cat smirked, "Of course I am. That wolf that was with the other lion and FireWall, teamed up with that traitor Trojan, and..." She added glancing at the small red light, "Your heirs have been born. A male and a female. They both have the power and potential to become the strongest viruses this world has come to know, even stronger than you."
This news made Malware hiss slightly through a grin, the thought of something becoming stronger than him was hard on his thoughts, but this was all according to plan...
C.C. had been watching Trojan and Shadow curiously. She would forget to walk if FireWall wouldn't nudge her along. She was still uneasy around the presence of humans but the company of another core always made her feel better, even if she didn't remember them.
FireWall was standing behind C.C., he didn't like that virus. He kept his fire burning bright, and his horn at ready. He had no emotions other than fear and his standard setting. Fear was of course only activated around water.
