Jett's scowl faded into an indifferent expression. "Well? Now that you're better, you gonna help this hopeless nutcase fix me up? I'm sorry but he knows nothing about first aid."

Akuji laughed a bit to himself as Ran hopped around, squealing.

[Rikihara Tai]

"Yeah . . . sure." Suzaku said, slowly going over to Jett. He knelt next to the dark haired boy and carefully examined the damaged wing. "Jack-sama, could you possibly get me something to splint this with?"

Raikou eventually regained his composure and struggled to escape his lover, "Sebastian! STOP!". But Sebastian held on valiantly, covering Japanese Raikou's neck with kisses.

"Like what? Wood? Metal? I'm sure I could find something lying around..." He rummaged through the drawer of first aid supplies Ran had in her house.

Akuji put his arms around Ran. "Well aren't they cute?"
She tittered. "Yep! Glad Sebastian's loosening Raikou up a bit."

"It doesn't really matter what it is, just so long as it's straight and fairly hard." Suzaku replied, trying to be as gentle as possible in aligning the broken bones within Jett's wing.

Jett clenched his teeth together to subdue some of the pain. Out of the corner of his eye, he watched Jack hand Suzaku a long hard piece of wood.

Suzaku carefully wrapped the splint against Jett's wing. "You know . . . Kouzusa says you've got fight in you. He's impressed with your . . . fire, as he put it."

Jett scoffed. "I try. I'm not too good at things. Plus, he was really pissing me off."

[Rikihara Tai]

"He was pretty pissed at you too, he was just impressed by you at the same time. That's an accomplishment. Kouzusa is only really impressed by a new, extremely powerful weapon." Suzaku said, faintly amused.

Jett blushed ever so slightly. "Guess that's good for a fool with a broken wing, huh?"

Suzaku finished bandaging the wing, tieing it off firmly. "I suppose, if you actually take that psychopathic alter ego of mine seriously."
