"And just what was your part, Onii-chan?" Suzaku purred.

"I killed that scary man...Alexis!" He held up his fist triumphantly.

Suzaku's eyes widened, and he glanced at Ty, before looking back at Fredric. "You did it?! I thought . . . well, I assumed that . . . Okaa-san did it . . . ."

[Jizabel (Ephona)]

"He was doing the whole hostage thing." Fredric said. "I...kinda went badger..."
"Um...Ty?" Akuji called down the stairs. "S-seto's here."

[Rikihara Tai]

Ty blinked, surprised when Akuji said Seto. Curious, she went upstairs. Whe she climed the last step, she froze, her face growing pale. "Liam . . . ." she whispered. Seto entered the house in a rush, "Ran-sama told me to bring him to you." he said.

[Jizabel (Ephona)]

Akuji bit his lip. He knew at the sight of the scales what it was. "D***...."

[Rikihara Tai]

"You . . . . You know what this is, Akuji?!" Ty yelled.

[Jizabel (Ephona)]

"Not the details. I might have to do some tests for that. But I can tell that he's mutated with some sort of venomous snake." He cradled the limp face. "He seems to be passed out from pain. The venom of the creature is probably running through his own bloodstream."

"What can we do to save him?!" the vampiress hissed, her eyes flaring red.

Akuji put his forehead next to his fist, thinking. "Um...Are there any other scientists in the general area who are alive? Or, better yet, where's Sebastian Malfate?"
