Kankuro sighed, and attempted to be kind hoping he would find his old self, he walked to shuuka's house after staying awake all night.

Gaara had to give a small introduction to the successors, and then do a few other things, before he was free to do what he wanted.

Shuuka looked up, hearing a knock on the door. No possible way of hiding the obviously self inflicted, and rather bad cut on ehr arm... Dammit. She sighed, and stood up, opening the door to see Kankuro. She frowned. "...Oh, hey..." SHe muttered.

"So, did you miss me?" Kazumi mused, appearing beside Gaara rather unexpectedly. Honestly, she had throught those ANBU would never leave...

"i did." Gaara looked at her.

He looked at her and noticed her arm, he brushed it off, and held up flowers, 12 desert lillies, "im sorry." he told her.

"Good choice." Kazumi said simply. Infact, if he'd of said 'no' he'd of been in for it. And Gaara probably knew that already, what with her temper and all. "MIssed you too... Oh and by the way, you're gonna need some new ANBU, just saying." She mused, walking over to him.

Shuuka frowned, and sighed. "...Apology accepted, I guess..." She sighed, taking the flowers from him and hugging him.

He hugged her,a dn smiled, "How has your day been?" he asked.

Gaara looked at her, "Great...one question, we need a new head ANBU, you want to take control? if not i can find someone else if you dont want to."

Shuuka frowbned, and sighed. "How hads my day benn...?" She repeated, then sighed. "Terrible." She said simply. "...Yours?" She asked. He seemed to be acting himself again... For now, at least.

Kazumi raised an eyebrow, looking at Gaara in amusement. "Gaara, are yous ure you didn't start taking drugs while you were gone? Because I'm pretty sure you jsut asked me, a criminal, to be the new ANBU head." She mused.

"as a criminal you would think like the criminals we are trying to kill, plus The ANBU would listen to you, adn stop trying to kill you. They would follow your orders." He looked at her.

"Mm-Hm, that may be true, but think about it Gaara... They'd most certainly get in my way, and then bam, a whole squad of ANBU are dead." She pointed out, shaking her head. "If you still think it's a good idea, then let me tell you Gaara you're impossible."

"Alright then, i'll find a different person." he nodded

"First good idea you've had since you got back." She said, rolling her eyes. Honestly, a criminal as an ANBU captain? Actually, that was an amusing thought...

Shuuka finally let the ice freeze over the cut on her arm, hoping that it wouldn't cause Kankuro to question her.
