Ella, I rested my head on his shoulder. I looked out over the water. I probably wouldnt be going back to the school today, I sort of went when I felt like it.

Daden looked at his watch and saw it was only 12 and he would need to be there at 1 for an important class, he toke her hand trying to find out what he was going to do

Ella, I held his hand gentally. I knew he was going to say something, so I waited.

Haruhi Yuki Sayaka
"Government huh? Well I would've thought you wouldn't do bad things like help a girl steal a forbidden book from the library." Haruhi said, referring to the book they had just stolen. "Well my dad works underground, in a grave. He might be in heaven or down below or even some reincarnated cow but I don't really know about that stuff." Haruhi replied plainly, sort of in a monotone voice, shrugging. Before Parker could reply she added, "No, I don't want any sympathy at all. It happened ages ago. Infact, I hardly remember him." She quickly scanned the area to see if the guards were still chasing them, then continued. "My mother however works for the newspapers. She works a lot so I hardly see her." She had forgotten about not telling this guy anything about her, but, he kept asking questions and telling her about himself. So, Haruhi just automatically replied.

Parker wanted to say something comforting, but she didn't want sympathy. "Well, I'm not being sympathetic, but I feel, as a partial human being, I have to say I'm sorry for your loss." He continued after they rounded another bend in the maze, "I guess we have something in common after all! Not seeing our parents very often. My mom, she's... Well, not exactly the loving type."

Ella, I gave him a look. "Would you spit it out"

"well at 1 i need to go to class"Daden said hoping not to anger her

Ella, "And you thought I'de be mad?" I smiled. I sat up well not on him anymore and let go of his hand. "I dont make choices for you Daden, I make them for me" I said a hint of sterness in my voice but my soft tone never left. "School is your thing, I learn from books and self practice, out here where I like it, where I belong. Not in there, where they give you rules and punish you"

"well i know, but when i get out i'll come back here to see you and we can play more games" Daden said with a smile back

Ella, "Oh because Go fish went so well" I smiled, a laugh slipping out. "Come on, I'll walk you to the school"
