Personality: Ethiopia, or Ethi as she is called for short, has a very.... Confusing personality. One minute she's bouncy and bubbly as Italy, all the way to about to smack someone the next. He is very energetic, and can be very sarcastic. Even so, she does her best to please. It's almost as if she switches personalities depending on who she's with.
History (If you know) : Ethiopia has fallen victim to poverty due to over spending from her boss and government. She suffers from illness due to loss for her people, and she is very weary in the mornings.

Ethi entered the hall, her dress feeling like a drag. Oh how she hated dresses, they made her look so stupid! He blew her scraggly strand out of her face in frustration as she struggled to walk properly in her heels. She nervously looked around for any countries she might know. Gosh her palms were sweating like mad! She couldn't make a fool of herself here, especially if the high class countries (England, Austria, so on...) were going to e there.

Ireland ran around the ballroom looking for Russia,"Dang it. Where is he? I miss him already." She said before slumping onto a couch,"Russiaaaaa~" she whispered.

Prussia smirked. "Vodka. Enough you cant taste it, but you can get wasted. The russians can make a strong liquor. Thats for sure." He answer, adding the ending part mostly to himself. He smiled at Tokyo and offered his arm,(I vote we keep them unaware of Sealand and Elloores bombing thing, and only thought there was a technical problem with the lights?)) to lead them towards the dance floor.

Spain watched quietly as all the other seemed to flee from the angry Scot. He gave her that one, she knew how to intemidate others. He sighed and was about to say something when he noticed Netherlands scowl. Instantly he gave his former colony one back, a small smirk appearing on his face as he hoped to annoy the dutch man. "So Norway how are you enjoying the ball? Did you find a nice chica to go with?" He glanced down to see Romano looking up with him, and tilted his head slightly questioning at the conentrated look the Italian was sporting.
