Tory sighed lightly, shifting around uncomfortably when being near the others. She stood up, grabbed her bag, and walked off slightly away from the group. She wasn't that people friendly, liking to stick by herself. Amor watched her walk off, frowning slightly before swooping down and landing on her shoulder, "Be nice, Tory. Gosh, you're like the loner in the group." she murmered, muttering the last part mostly to herself. Tory glared at her for a split second before looking away, knowing she was right.

Sabrina let out a cry as she was knocked to the ground by the giant beast attacking her. Her weapon was pinned under her along with her arm, twisted around tioll it threatened to pop out of the socket. She let out another cry as the thing opened it's maw. It looked like a bix of some bear and dragon.

Kendrick froze. He heard something. He gripped Luminare and looked at Drazarriz. "Did you hear that?"
Drazarriz nods and says "Yes, I heard it"
Kendrick leaps up and grabs Luminare and looks at Tory and Liddia. "Come on!" and bounds into the forest.

Shadow caught the apple, "Thanks." he looked across the forest again and sighed, "Don't worry too much about me, I'm just paranoid. Sometimes I get weird feelings, but they never mean anything. I grew up in a bad area, lots of people there would jump you and kill you just for fun..." he took a bite out the apple, "I'm just crazy. I always think that there's something out there. But, you're right, I should watch out. I mean, you never know." he licked the sweet apple juice of his lips and tried to see deeper into the woods, but it was of no use.
"Yeah." Lakota smiled and watched the comet with amazement, "Wow." she breathed, her eyes sparkling in it's crimson light, "I look at the stars a lot, but I've never seen anything like that." she felt a slight tingle when her tail accidentally brushed against him.

Shadow tensed, and at an instant he was on the ground. He ran next to Kendrick, his foot steps completely silent like he'd learned how to make them. He could hear the roar of a large animal and the scream of a girl. This can't be good. he ran nimbly through vines and jumped over the undergrowth, a sharp arrow already knocked in his bow.

Liddia hadn't heard Kendrick call out her name as she was watching Shadow. She frowned, drumming her finger on the bark of a tree and she shakes her head. "Well, I feel bad for you. Having that kind of past must suck the fun out of some things. I mean, me and Kendrick have lived in that tiny excuse for a town all our lives and I kinda envy you to be able to have such amazing experiences. But then again, your probably envying me for having a peaceful life" she shrugs and lies down next to the river. "Life is funny that way" but then Shadow jumped up and ran to Kendrick and she followed him, her scimitar already drawn.
Zarenn smiles and wraps his tail around hers, but then blushes and pulls away a bit. "So..." he mumbles, trying to start a conversation. "How long have you been with Shadow?"

Kendrick charges through the forest until he see's the girl trapped beneath the dragon, bear like creature. "Drazarriz!" he shouts. "Distract it!"
Drazarriz nods and shoots toward it. He blew fire at its eyes and it roars and rears up. Kendrick then rammed it and it fell over, but it was quickly on its feet. Kendrick stood over the girl in a fighting stance, Luminare gleaming in the moonlight.

Sabrina gasped in a breath and sat up. She quickly stood in a fighting stance her self, weilding her scimitar. She narrowed her eyes at the creature as it let out another ferocious roar. It Charged at her and Kendrick. Sabrina swung her scimitar up and slashed the creature's nose

Raven followed the group seeing the dragon, she knew it well but either way now was a good time to try and gain trust. Leaping down and landing neatly on the ground she walked towards the dragon regardless of the chosen ones, lifting up her hands she created an air current lifting the dragon into the air away from them. Raven could see that it understood what she was doing and it flew off as she dispersed the wind in different directions. So much about playing human.

Lakota smiled, she could tell Zarenn liked her, and she liked him too, "For as long as I can remember. His brother's familiar, an eagle, found me half dead in the forest. I was just a little pup, so I don't know where I came from, or what had happened to me. But Shadow nursed me back to health, and since then, he's been like a brother to me. What about you?"

Shadow pulled back and released his arrow, getting the dragon right in the face. In the corner of his eye he could see movement, and then the dragon flew off. He turned to see a new girl, and was so surprised that he jumped. "Who are you?" he said, taking a few steps back and looking at her suspiciously.

Turning her head Raven saw the boy who had the ShadowBlade on him, the hood of her cloack was still up but in the moonlight they would be able to see that her face showed no emotions but her unusual green eyes kept eye contact with boy. She could see that he was looking at her suspiciously which made Raven wonder if he or any of the others knew who she was. He was right to suspicious; a girl in black with powers appears out of nowhere. “I’m like you and the others, a chosen one.” She told him and the others truthfully. Once again she resisted the temptation to take out her sword.
