Neo is of medium height, lithe, and strong. He has dark drown hair and constantly has dark brown fluffy cat ears on top of his head. His skin is of medium tone, his eyes a yellow-green color. He has one most noticeable scar on his right hand; a large, jagged line. He had actually lost a lot of mobility in that hand due to the injury. Other than that scar, and a few more on his arms, legs, and torso, his skin is devoid of blemish, smooth, and rounded to the point of appearing youthful. He always appears to be happy, no matter what condition he is in.
In his cat form, he is a fairly large Maine Coon (the largest breed of house cat) with dark brown fur and black stripes that fade in and out of his fur. His fur is very long and fluffy, his eyes very large and yellow-green, just like in his human form.
Experiment's Outlook
It's fun! The scientists are fun to piss off, the other experiments are fun to hang out with, and he doesn't care much for pain. It's all he knows, and all he wants to know. He enjoys every moment of his being there, with sharp quips and mischievous acts just making all the more enjoyable.
Goal
Neo doesn't care what happens, as long as he's in the laboratory and causing as much havoc as possible. He enjoys the place, so why would he want to escape?
Personality
Neo is the most happy-go-lucky person you'll meet. He finds light in even the most complete darkness, and has the greatest wit you can imagine. He has the tendency to piss everyone off, or cause them to think he's insane depending on their viewpoints of the laboratory. He finds enjoyment mostly with causing scientists to get mad, and ends up becoming the least favorite experiment quickly. However, he always looks after his friends, even if he doesn't stay around them or hang out with them much.

He can turn into a Maine Coon cat, but if you count pissing people off, that's another great power of his.

Neo has been in many laboratories in his days. In fact, he's been in more than half of them before he had come here. He can't remember his life before the laboratories, since he had lost his memories when coming to the first laboratory at age thirteen. In these laboratories, he had been stabbed in the hand for calling a scientist's attitude that "of a three-year old that can't control its temper", drowned by one that he taunted by escaping shackles and a straightjacket just to piss him off, and poisoned to become sick for an entire month after he slid a bunch of worms he had found outside in the medicine cabinet.
