Christy looked at Chris through the bars. Her gold eyes were emotionless and dead. A small bit of pain flashed in them, along with sadness and drear. Dropping her muzzle, the fea lifted up a chained paw, her face glowing of hopelessness, and licked the raw wound that was forming under the shackle. Her struggle had been in vail, along with all her hopes of leaving. The dark coated fea laid down with her back to the bars that encaged her.
