As he felt her arms wrap around him, Rion's own arms wrapped around her shoulders, right above her wings, and he softly brushed her short, hair with his hand. Ever so slightly, he smiled wearly at down at Akia. He still didn't understand why she liked him, or thought he saw nice, or had stayed with him, or even tried to help him. None of these things made any since to him. However, right now, at this time, those thoughts were able to be pushed away. Maybe nothing made since. Maybe he was just as messed up as the next person, if not more. Thigs were missing, and something was wrong when he tried to figure them out. At this time, right now, though, that was pointless. Right now, he was just a guy, holding a girl, and everything was normal. There was no asylum, no doctors, no test, no powers, no enemies. He wasn't a scared child afread of everyone. He was just a guy. The one hand still holding her back, pushed down a little bit on her, as if to amke sure she was still there. "Thank you...." he whispered, his soft softer than it normally was, as the fear that normally trailed in it was lost for this second in time.

"I always be here Rion." She said softly, her heart pounding in her chest from this contact. She hid her face in his chest and snuggled there, taking in a large deep breath to take in his scent. It was...like fresh air with a hint of spiciness. Akia looked up at him and smiled. Reaching up with her hands she lightly put a hand on his cheek and moved some of his hair from his eyes.

Ebony shrugged, "I'm sure there's something useful in here..." she said as she started going through a box of papers.

Rion's left gray eye with the tint of green and right cobalt-blue eye looked into her eyes. As she moved his hair away with her hand, Rion leaned his cheek onto her hand, that partly covered the long healed scar which ran from the side of his left eye to the bottom of his cheek bone, and reached up and palced his hand that had been petting her hair on top. "I won't hold you to that," he said, not in a crule way, but as if in a way that simply said the future could not yet be seen, "but it's still a thought I want to remember."

(lol I just rememered that Rion has a scare on his chest. Totally should have used that as another excuse for him not to want his shirt off. Oh, well. That's what I get for forgetting about my own character. Haha. Yes, also just remembered the scar on his face, too. Bad me!)

Ender followed Ebony's lead. Maybe he could find an old blueprint of the place, or even something interesting to read. He missed the days when he was younger, and allowed to go into the library. It seemed that as the years went on, his rights and freedom were taken more and more away. Then agian, maybe it didn't help that he got more wild with age and rebellion. "You're right," he said as he grabbed a box and moved it aside, trying to find some labels to read, though most of the writting was rubbing off. "Anythin' interestin' yet for ya?"

[Chesh]

Akia looked deep into his eyes. "I'm not sure if I should kiss you right now...but i'd feel like I would ruin the moment if I didn't..." She said, a quirk of a smile on her lips.

Rion knew that his heart rate had to rise after Akia's comment. He really didn't know if he could kiss Akia. Even more so what he would have done if she had just kissed him, or if she decided to. He swallowed at her smile, getting a bit nervious. "Well, you know... I-I, well, I mean...." Rion glanced around, really having no words to reply to that, as he moved his hands from Akai to his sides on the bed. He felt a little like he was the one instead to ruin the mment between them, but at the same time, really didn't know what to think.

[Chesh]

"Oh...I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said anything...I shouldn't have.." She said, shaking her head. Her face was red with embarrassment. "I should...Um..." She said scooting away from him on the bed.

Rion laughed gently at Akia, and shook his head. He carefully got up from the bed, and walked over to Akia. In one quick motion, Rion placed one hand on her back, pulled her to him, placed another hand behind her hair, and closed his eyes as his pale lips meet Akia's rosen ones. His mind was blank, no thoughts, no worries, no guessing, no nothing. Just doing.

Akia's eyes went wide with shock. Slowly she leaned into the kiss, draping her arms on his shoulders.

He could feel her warm body next to his as she leaned in. He could feel her weight easy on his shoulders, light and easy. When Rion pulled/broke away from the kiss, he looked down at her with a soft smile. The tint of his green in his gray eye slightly more than normal, pushing back the gray. "Akia...." He began, but stopped. What does one say from here? How much was he willing to say? He never broke his gaze from her, even as he wondered.
