Arctic looked at her sadly and put his arm around her hesitantly. With his other hand, he wrote, 'your too good for him, he doesn't deserve your tears'

Sam smiled sweetly. "Thank you." She said looking at him. She looked back at the picture Arctic drew of Wing and swept it away with her foot.

[Kites]

Arctic grinned for the first time in what felt like ages. Shocked, he felt his cheek with wonder. He laughed airily and smiled at her properly. It was so new to him, someone who didn't shout at him, scare him, hurt him

"What?" She smiled back, noticing him laughing softly.

[Kites]

Arctic simply pointed to the word 'love' and rolled his eyes.

"oh." Sam smiled. She looked at him.

Arctic looked at her with his sad eyes and gave a soft smile. He traced a finger in the dirt and wrote 'home?'

"Yes. I have a home. Do you?" She asked him quietly.

Kiara stood up and slowly walked home. She looked inside of a store and walked in to see what they had. It turned out to be an antiquities store that had her grandmother's original cook-book print. She brought it and continued to walk home.

Arctic shook his head but then wrote, 'I'll take you there' in the dirt. He gave her a small smile

Reach sighed and sat on the sofa, a can of coke in her hands. She was watching the clock, with tears down her face. Where was Wing?
