Anywhere but here (A percy jackson RP)

The tear in his shirt was right on his shoulder. There where other small crisscrosses, a couple bleeding. "Must have gotten a little scraped up on the rocks." He said.

Cherry looked worried. "You...you could've just let me go." She said, gently touching the ones that were bleeding. She winced slightly. "Percy..." She started then shook her head.

Percy shook his head. "Leave you down there? To drown? That was'nt even an option."

Cherry looked into Percy's sea-colored eyes. She bit her lip and found that she was losing herself in his eyes. She blushed lightly and opened her mouth to say something. Then she remembered Katniss and closed her mouth. Percy liked someone else. And she should too. "I'll uh...meet you down there." She said softly, heading to the door. "And Percy?" She stopped, and turned to him. She had said his name softly like she always did. "Thank you." Her eyes burned with excitement and another emotion.

Percy did'nt want to say 'You're welcome.' It was more than just that. He felt like he should be thanking her. Her just smiled. He was tempted to give her a hug, but he held back. Katniss would murder him. "See you down there." He said, grinning.

"See ya." Cherry said and walked out of his cabin. She wanted to cry, but she couldn't. She liked Percy and she knew it. But Percy...he liked someone else. Or did he? She didn't know. She walked into her cabin and grabbed a new Camp Half-Blood t-shirt and jean shorts. She changed into them and then brushed her short black hair out. She stared at her relfection. Her weird eyes, her one long strand of hair that was braided and beaded. Why? echoed in her head. She stood and headed to the dining area.

Percy took off the tattered orange T-shirt and got a new one, slipped on some jeans, and kept his leather necklace. He wore black converse, and his hair as it alwase was. He looked in the mirror, his strange seagreen eyes matching the room. He wondered where Katniss was, then remembered Jason. He did'nt like it if Katniss or Cherry was dating him, wich was stupid. He could'nt like them both. He mentally kicked himself and walked outside. The rain had stopped, but the night was still cold.

Cherry reached the crowded, loud area first. The older teen guys were laughing and joking and the girls were giggling and it was pretty much a flirtathon. She shyly stayed in the shadows, looking for Percy. She was so confused. She liked Percy, but...did he like her? She didn't know, she wasn't sure she wanted to know. She bit her lip and looked at her sea colored Toms. She had worn them just for Percy, maybe he would notice.

Percy saw the crowd of teens and walked around them, knowing Cherry probly would'nt want to be in the flirtmob. He snatched a bowl from one of the tables and ordered cherrys, wich appeared instantly. He found her next to one of the pillars, her face darkened in the shadows. He walked over before a Aphrodite kid found him, almost tripping over a few feet. He reached her, finally, and held out the bowl. "Guessing, as you're name, you like cherrys." He smiled.

Cherry saw him coming and hid her emotions deep down inside. She looked at the bowl he was carrying. She almost giggled when he tripped. She smiled brightly when she saw what the bowl held. "Oh! Yes, I do." She said, her cheeks were a rosy pink. She plucked one from the bowl and ate it. She closed her eyes and smiled as she chewed. "Mmmm... Thank you." She said. "My mother and I used to go cherry-picking all the time. She named me Cherry because its her favorite fruit. She always told me the reason I love cherries was because she ate them alot while she was pregnant with me..." She trailed off sadly
