Introduction
Behold, the Unova Region! Filled with trainers striving for glory, the roars of outrage and victory in battle, and the grunts of pokemon and humans alike working together! ...Right? Wrong. Pokemon have been outlawed as dangerous wild animals, used only by terrorists and criminals of the worst, supposedly. The old government has been overthrown, replaced by a new branch of politics- The Seperationists. This group started out like a parasite, slowly working its way over Unova, being easily dismissed, with the infamous Team Plasma, until much too late. Through their persuasive leader, Flint, the citizens of Unova were persuaded that pokemon were extremely dangerous, slowly winning votes as the new head. Once it happened, the Seperationists locked Unova in an isolated, fully armed base. Sinnoh, Johto, Hoenn, and Kanto unable to help Unova, for the region had tossed aside pokemon in favor of guns, tanks, melee weapons, and more dangerous weaponry. The Gym Leaders and the Elite 4 went into hiding, vanishing from society much to the frustration of the Seperationist army- the 'Gaurdians'. Unova region's former glory and color has been replaced with a lifeless, ravaged wasteland, void of ambition, filled with silence, and somewhere out there, the mournful howl of an abandoned Arcanine...

Plot
Unova has been reduced to a cracked, cobwebbed ridden, maggot invested shell of its former self. Gaurdians are on constant patrol, and you have watched helplessly as soldiers put down stray Purrloins in a writhing mass of purple fur, watched at a distance as ropes pull down a furious Haxorus, earthquakes rattling the soldiers. You've hugged your pokeballs extremely close, hidden away in a spot only you know. You wouldn't give up your pokemon- not for the world. Never your beloved starter, which has accompanied you as a loving companion in distress, a ferocious last-resort sweeper in that battle which you were sure you would lose. Never that first pokemon you ever caught, the most reliable thing you ever had. Never that pokemon in which you were sure was the weak-link, which turned out to be one of the strongest you ever knew. Never that pokemon that never seems to warm up to you, but you can always count on to be loyal and stick through the battle to the end. Never. You have been on the run for quite a while, ripping down wanted posters, trying desperately to blend in to an unfriendly crowd. Trying to make sure nobody ever looks into your bag, which six red-and-white spheres are rolling around with tense pokemon. You've seen other runaways, sprinting away nimbly from Gaurdians on the back of a Rapidash, pointing a finger and wiping out an entire patrol just in time with a well-aimed aura sphere from a bleeding Lucario. There have been rumors of a rebellion, an uprising. The Seperationists are getting tenser, the runaway people of Unova more anxious. Waiting for someone to stand up.As you gaze down at your pokeballs, and a brisk nod from one of your beloved pokemon, you realize... that someone is you..

2. A little swearing is okay, (like 'hell', 'crap', all those minor ones) but absolutely none of the major ones.
3. (This one isn't as big, just a tip) Be original! Have fun with your original character, one with problems, issues, all that fun stuff!

8. To make number 7 easier, it would be helpful if, at the start of every battle, you tell me how many times you have lost a battle.
9. Be realistic! If your Emboar is taking a direct hit from Hydro Cannon, is it going to survive?

Personality: Enadara is pretty cocky when it comes to battle, and she is very practical and terse. She is easily riled up and has a hot temper, and she is a 'punch first, think later' kind of gal. She is very street-smart and acrobatic, and she practices parkour on a daily basis.

Gender: female

Description: Aelphelandra has brown hair reaching up her shoulder blades and her eyes are a warm chocolate brown. She has long limbs and is rather thin, though she prefers to call it slender. She is slightly underweight from malnutrition, yet she can run fast. Her body was built for speed, not power, and though she can run pretty fast, she cannot really throw a punch, and will thus go for flight rather then fight. She has a silent walk that enables her to go very silently across many surfaces, and she normally blends into the background.
Personality: She is generally very focused with a one track mind. If she says she will get something done, believe me, she will get it done. She does not care about who you are, what you do or how high up the business level you are, she only cares about who you are to her, and how easy you are to mug. Not people friendly, she is cautious, and shies away from contact, but when you get to know her she will be a little more friendly, though she will keep to herself most of the time. Very quiet, she generally sits in the shadows, and plans out things carefully. More a look before you leap kind of person, she is very sneaky and silent, and cares deeply for her friends. She doesnt care how she gets something done, only that she will get it done. She has a great many facades from living on the street, and is very street smart.

Aelphelandra picked out her team carefully with scrutinization on a few things. How quiet they are when they move, how useful they are her... 'profession', and whether they can cover up their tracks and fade into the background.
Important Facts/Inventory Items: She is a thief, and has been living as a street kid ever since the age of seven, when her parents rebelled. They thought it was too dangerous for her and tried to put her in an orphanage but she resisted. She went unto the streets by default as she snagged the papers that were supposed to get her into the orphanage. THey took a trip down the drain. Ever since, she lived by thieving things, and living life on the streets. She hates yet loves the new laws, as her pokemon are now standing out even when they blend in. However, people are a lot more defenseless, and easier to mug.

Description:
Personality: Rei is quiet and reserved, she has become a silent background character since she started running and hiding with her beloved Pokemon. Rei can be rash, when it comes to her Pokemon's welfare, but is usually stoic and calm. Rei hasn't interacted with humans properly before, so far as she can remember anyway, and is partially unsure of how to react when people say certain things.

Thoughts on Rebellion: Rei gladly accepts the idea, hoping for it to be more than just a rumor she hears when she passes through towns. She's searching the region for it.

Personality: Kai is Rei's technical opposite, where she has a darker personality, his is brighter. He always seems to find the bright side of life, even when there isn't one to see. Kai can be reserved and calculating if need be. He would never betray anyone, not even if they betrayed him, but his Pokemon comes first in his mind.

Personality: A bit over protective of her things, friends and Pokemon. She can be very fierce and cold on the outside, towards strangers especially and in battle she is as fierce as can ever be but will always have a soft side for her pokemon. On the inside, silver is actually a kind-hearted, caring girl who loves to make jokes and laugh. Tho she rarely shows that side to any one, only her crush and pokemon.

Personality: She likes to study a scene before acting, though she can go into a blind rage. She's seemingly independent and stand-offish but only because you have to earn her trust. After whats happened in Unova she's found it hard to trust anyone.
