Rick was really angry now. He grabbed both of her wrists and dragged her back to the jeep. Several other soldiers got hold of her and held her down, "C'mon, Delta, we're leaving this dump." he looked up at Amanda, a glint in his eyes, "And we'd better not have any more trouble." He pushed on the gas and went back towards camp.

Yes! I lost them! Blitz thought, looking over his shoulder as he ran. He tripped over a rock in front of him and smacked onto the ground. Wincing, he got up, then took off again.

Some girls seemed to be waiting for something, or someone. A girl with a black cloak on a huge gray Arabian horse went over to them and showed them twelve army grenades,"Got them. want me to put them in the mine shaft like the fence?"

Rick stopped the jeep inside of the camp and jogged into the medic tent, Susan still being held down.

Blitz squinted at the horizon, his heart skipped a beat. The shaft! Maybe Rick and the others where still there. He ran up to the entrance. He was panting and covered in dust from his fall, "Hello?"

Amanda's blue roan stallion walked over with a limp. It nudged Blitz's arm and walked away hoping he would follow. At the camp soldiers were turning the place upside down and inside out searching for something.

Blitz watched the horse curiously and walked into the shaft, "Hello?" his voice echoed.

The horse walked into the field. The bars were jammed into the ground to build the mud up on bit by bit. There was bark of some of them but not many. A private asked Rick,"Have you seen twelve grenades? They just disappeared!"

Blitz looked around. It had looked like they had been here- recently. "HELLO?! ANYONE HERE?" he yelled desperately.

The girl that was on the fence said,"No. That explains why I'm talking to you. Everyone else is out getting more bark from the burnt up forest."

As the Jeep pulled into the Fort, medics came rushing out and grabbed Sam's stretcher. The surgeon was barking orders at everyone, and soon Sam was inside the medic tent, and someone, a girl, he thought, was holding his hand. "Sam," she whispered. "Stay with us, Sam."
A different voice said, "Anesthetic," and then, everything went black again.

Lucky whined, and threw a glance at Delta. "No. Sam will live. The death smell is from his sister. He was remembering his family. He always smells like death when he thinks about them," she said hopefully, but she didn't know if it were true.

Rick walked over to Sam, "How's he doing?" he asked one of the medics.

Blitz jumped at the sound of a girl's voice and turned to see her perched on the fence. Oh no, I don't have my gun! She's going to kill me or something! "What did your gang do to the American soldiers who where here earlier?" Blitz said, trying to not show his fear.
