Susannah felt Moon nudged her owners hand and Susannah pulled it away and rubbed the top of her nose. She had no expression and she listened to Rick yell at Blitz. She thought when he walked away,'Rick's showing anybody pity? It's a sign of the apocalypse! The end is near!'

Blitz stayed at attention for the rest of Rick's yakking, but he didn't hear any of it. Finally, Rick dismissed the companies. "Campbell, King, Susannah, Korstov, Zouiser!" he yelled, motioning to the four soldiers to come to him. Blitz was surprised, but he didn't show it on his face. What could he want with me? he thought as he walked over to Rick.

Leo smirked and walked over. Lobo followed intently. Leo raised his hand. "Sir, I have a question." he said.

'I wonder what he wants.' I thought as I walked forward, Ace at my heels.

Susannah walked over and thought,'What did I do? This can't be good.' She hoped she wouldn't be accused of anything again. Moon stood by her owner and yawned tiredly.

((Oh fddhfsdj! I forgot to put Kiara. Do you want me to edit that (because what he's about to tell them is going to lead to more action most likely) or no, since you'll be gone for a while?))

Rick cleared his throat, "Campbell, you'll lead this patrol. I want you all to got to the mine shaft and make sure it's clear. Look for any trace of the gang, if they aren't there. If they are there, try to make it back unnoticed. I want you to bring your dogs, so if it looks as if the gang no longer lives there, you can track them down, find out where they are now, and report the location back to me. And you." Rick looked at Blitz, "Keep your gun loaded. You'll be slackman, since you don't.. well, you know." Blitz looked down, "Yessir." "Good." Rick said, then promptly walked away without another word.

((Slackman= soldier w/ gun that follows/goes ahead of dog handlers and watches their back while the handlers concentrate on watching their dogs.))

Leo nodded and saw Blitz out of the corner of his eye. He clicked his tongue and Lobo stood, ready and by his side. "Yes sir." he replied. He looked around to the rest of them and waited for everybody.

Susannah thought,'I wonder if Rick hates the gang. Most likely, he's just like that. I've never seen him in a good mood before.' Moon sat by Susannah and stared at nothing starting to get bored.
