]❝ Have we met before? Well, I'm Duke Jacobs. ❞ Duke Ryan Jacobs name was given to him by his mother. His father had died while on the trail of a serial killer, luckily Duke senior was able to hold the killer off until other police were able to arrest the criminal at the scene. Julianna, Duke's mother, was absolutely devastated and 8 months pregnant. Her and her husband were originally planning on naming their son Ryan, but Julianna found that it would be more meaningful if Duke was named after his father, even though Duke senior had not wanted a junior because he just thought it would be weird having a younger Duke running around. Julianna also kept the Ryan in his name, but it was moved to his middle rather than his first. Duke's name really is Duke Ryan Jacobs II, but he never writes that or says that part.
Even though Duke is sort enough as it is, many people also call him DJ. Duke doesn't really mind being called either or, just as long as it's not junior or and thing vulgarer.

] ❝ Hard to believe that I'm already twenty...When? Since August 10.❞Duke was born on a hot, sunny, summer day in August. It was exactly 4:00 in the afternoon on the 10th of the month when he let out his first wails of life. He was a normal boy, nothing wrong with him, and nothing out of the ordinary. For Julianna, his mother, it was a joyful yet saddening moment for the newly widowed mother. With Julianna's parents by her side she made the best of what she could with her only son. Unable to pay for the house, Julianna put it up for sale, and moved with her little boy into her parents home. Up until the age of eight Duke lived with his grandparents Patty and Walter Greene, when his mother remarried Sam Jenkins.
Duke is now at the age of 20, out of the house obviously, and now a werewolf.

]❝Nothing is better than a sweatshirt...Or no shirt, whatever your preference is.❞ Duke doesn't really pay attention to what he wears. He does buy stuff that's in style you could say. Such as graphic tees, dark wash levies but never anything bedazzled. He loves his snap-backs and has far too many to count. His favorite shoes are Jordan's, Nike's, and Converses. When relaxing at home he does his best to look as disgusting as possible. Not showering unless he needs to, his hair becomes a large rat nest, and his odor...Let's not even talk about that. He enjoys resting in his grey sweat pants and black Nike hoddie. Duke does not own a single pair of pajamas so don't even ask to borrow some, and if you wake him up at night, just make sure his blanket is covering him because this kid doesn't like to be cooped up, if you get what I'm trying to say. Duke does like high quality things, but he can also due without them. He never leaves the house without his black North Face jacket, which he stores his wallet in 24/7.

]❝ Well hello handsome, where have you been all of my life? ❞ Duke is naturally tanner than a majority of people due to the fact that he was out in the sun so much as a child. He has shaggy brown hair, that he nearly buzz-cuts at the beginning of every summer. Duke is about six feet and 2 inches tall, and is taller than a majority of the girls in the world, which to him is a huge bonus. He was sparkling blue eyes that many girls envy. Duke is tall, sort of lanky, but he has some muscle on him. He tries his best to hit the gym, that way one day he will look like the Taylor Lauthner werewolves, not the normal Duke Jacobs werewolf.

]❝ Back in my glory days.❞ Growing up with his grandparents, Duke seemed to get into more trouble than most kids. He always had fun playing with Grandpa Walter's denchers, and Grandma Patty's cat Marble was never safe with him running around. In school Duke did well, always getting average in elementary, middle school he slacked a bit though. And in high school he managed to get a 3.5, which amazed him after nearly failing his Chemistry class. It wasn't until after his high school graduation that Duke finally turned. It had been a week exactly after graduation, a group of his friends thought it would be fun. I mean it's not like anything could possibly go wrong, well the trip turned to the worse. After accidentally locking themselves out of the cabin, the group of six sat around a fire outside trying their best to stay warm. Incidentally the wolves needed to increase their pack, and out of the six Duke was the one to get bitten. The wolfs bite was hard and strong, leaving a burning sensation in his arm. Duke passed out and was dragged off by the wolves, while Dukes friends were freaking out and calling 911. No one in town knows that Duke is still alive, not even his mother or grandparents.

]❝ I don't know if I'll be able to keep it together to even tell you this... ❞ Before Duke was here breathing the air we all breathe, his father Duke senior passed away from a knife stab to the thigh, incidentally hitting a large vain. His mother Julianna is now remarried to Sam Jenkins, who gave Duke a younger step brother named Eric who is now 17 and a younger sister named Kailey who is only 10. Duke's grandparents on his mother's side, Patty and Walter, basically helped raise him from a little kid to the man he is today. He does not know anything about his other grandparents on his father's side though...They found it too hard to meet their little boys son, after losing him. Now as a werewolf though, Duke has put them behind. Thinking of them breaks his heart, he can only imagine how worried his mother must be even after 3 years of being missing. He wishes everyday that he could just call her and let her know that he's okay, but if he did that then she might go after them, and send the humans out after the pack.

]❝ It's not like I can please everyone. ❞ ~ Daring. Duke is always looking for a new thrill, whether it's rock climbing, snorkeling, or hang gliding. Just the thought of all the possible adventures sends a rush of adrenaline through his body. After becoming a werewolf he finds it hard to get the rush now...He always has to watch himself, making sure he doesn't do something too wild to cause him to shift. But he still dreams, constantly trying to find new ways to get the rush he loves without threatening the pack.
~ Upbeat. Being the thrill seeker that Duke is, there is never a dull moment with him. He can be quiet spontaneous, and can bring up some of the most random activities ever. It could be acting out an epic battle from Star Wars, to a simple trip to the local pet store petting all the cute fluffy animals in sight. He is always found with a happy smile on his face, even if he isn't even close to feeling happy.
~ Kind. Duke is probably one of the sweetest boys you will ever met. He tries his best to help out people, even if they are total strangers. When Duke can, he tries his best to do community service, especially around the forest. That way he doesn't have to worry about getting caught if something sets him off and spirals him into the ball of werewolf fur he turns to every so often.
~ Energetic. You can always find Duke doing something. It can be productive or completely useless. He enjoys working out, running, and playing sports. But if he is desperate, he will go a completely crazy cleaning spree. Cleaning up the messes and even rooms of others, with or without there permission...So if you don't want him digging around in your room, you better keep it nice and tidy.

]❝ Some call me a monster...But I don't like to think of it that way. ❞[x] Duke in his wolf form is a dozen shades of brown splattered onto a coat. He has his stunning blue eyes, which helps pick him out of the rest of the pack. He is a regular build for a wolf, some may even say a little smaller than usual. He weighs roughly 120 pounds, depending on how big of meal he ate before hand. He looks like most wolves, other than the blue eyes, and the tip of his right ear that is missing from a fight with another pack member from seasons ago. Even in his human form the missing tip of his ear can still be noticed.
[x] Duke is now at the rank of Beta, and any werewolf in the pack would dream for this ranking. Due to Dukes ability to gain control over his shifting so quickly and easily he was given the honor of being the Beta, or second in command really. Although the job has a lot of work involved with it, Duke doesn't always mind. But some days he just wishes he could simply drop it all and run off without a single chore or worry to deal with in the world.

Many of the girls he meet get goo-goo eyes just looking at him, and once they actually get to know his sweet personality they're head over heels and there's no way to get them back down here to earth. In the 8th grade Duke had his first girlfriend. Her name was
Olivia Harp, she was a sweet girl, and the relationship lasted a whole year. If they hadn't gone to different High Schools, Duke believes that they could've still been together today. Throughout High School Duke only had several girlfriends. Two his sophomore year,
Stacy Quinn who was his first kiss and
Veronica Moore, and his senior year he dated
Payton Rider. Payton was great too, he lost 'it' with her, and she was his first. He was heart broken to find out a week after graduation that she had been cheating on him with a football player two weeks before. Since then he hasn't really dated anyone. He's had a few flings here and there, but nothing too serious.
Duke is attracted to blondes and brunettes. He likes tan girls, but not so tan that they are orange. He thinks that it is important for the girl to be intellectual, kind, and a thrill seeker like himself. Duke has a dream girl all made up in his head, but he's going to have to lower his standers a bit to find a real girl that he can live a happy life with.

}❝ Oh hi...I'm Sadie...And you are? ❞ Sadie was given the name Sadie Victoria Heart. On December 3rd, her parents finalized their decision of the name, and here she is today Sadie Victoria Heart. Sadie's name isn't exactly common, but it isn't uncommon either. Named after the country that her parents met in, Australia all the way in Sydney. Now you're probably wondering why Sadie wasn't just named Sydney after the large city, but there is a good reason behind this. You see while in high school there was a girl named Sydney that constantly picked on her mother, Mary-Jane, and how could a mother name her daughter after a person that she wished had never been born? Victoria was given thanks to her grandmothers, that's right. Both Sadie's father and mother's moms have the name Victoria, this way they were able to kill two birds with one stone by making both sides of the family tree happy. Thanks to Sadie's father, Peter Heart, Sadie was inherited with her father's last name.

The perfect mixture of vintage and modernism collides into the most amazing combinations ever. Sadie also loves to accessorize. You probably couldn't even count how many rings she owns, and don't even get started with her shoes. But she also likes to dress lazy, only if it's cute lazy though.

It is a light honey brown, with natural blonde highlights thrown in. During the summer everyone asks if she's dyed it, but is really just the sun doing it's stuff. Sadie's eyes are a light, milk chocolate brown. She thinks that they're just average and boring, but the dept that her eyes posses is simply stunning. She is about 5 foot and 8 inches, and weighs around 125 pounds, but her weight varies from day to day. She's not very buff, but she is skinny, but not so skinny that her bones protrude out of her skin.

The two couple had only been married for a year when this little gift came out of nowhere. Sadie grew up with her parents in a relatively large house in New York, New York. Her dad was a prestigious lawyer, while her mother was an artist. How the two met is truly remarkable. I mean what are the chances of meeting the person of your dreams in another country like Australia and learning that your also from the same state and city! At the age of one and a half, Sadie's sister Penelope joined the picture. Being so close in age Lopie, the nickname Sadie gave her as a child and still calls her that today, the two became best friends almost immediately. Sadie and Lopie still keep in contact today, even though it is frowned upon since Sadie is risking the discovery of the whole pack...But to Sadie it's worth the risk. At the age of six, Sadie and Lopie were gifted with twin baby brothers. Sadie and Lopie couldn't have been more frustrated. The two simply didn't understand why mommy and daddy had brought two little boys home instead of two little girls. It has taken years for the girls and boys to finally start getting along...But they're getting there, slowly, yet surly.

Sadie's father's parents are Edward and Victoria Heart, Sadie rarely saw them during her childhood simply because her grandparents lived all the way in San Fransisco, California. But whenever the elderly couple visited the family was drowned with gifts of all shapes and sizes. Sadie's mother's parents are Lance and Victoria Wilson. The grandparents constantly visited, simply because they only lived five blocks from their family, Sadie's relationship with her grandma is still quiet strong today, even if she never talks to her directly. Mr.Peter and Mrs.Mary-Jane Heart have been together for nearly two decades now. The couple first met in Sydney, Australia, and the two say that it was love at first sight. The two were lucky enough to find out that they lived only several miles away from each other in their hometown, New York, New York. The two dated for a whole year and then got married, some call it insane getting married so soon and at such a young age, but they must have known because they've been together this long. Sadie is the oldest of four. Her younger sister Penelope or simply Lopie is twenty-one years old, and is engaged to one of Sadie's good friends. At the moment Sadie has been trying to get the pack to allow her to go to her sister's wedding, but they are still contemplating about it. Sadie also have two younger brothers, Austin and Brett who are still high schoolers. The twins are sixteen years old, and are only sophomores. When Sadie left for the pack she also left behind her mutt, Lily, and her deaf cat Turtle. She got Lily when she turned twenty, the dog was living with Sadie's parents until she moved into an apartment that would be large enough and allow her to let the dog stay. Turtle has been around since Sadie was seven, when she was obsessed with turtles. Sadie doesn't know if the deaf cat is still alive, or if he passed away while she was gone.

She doesn't always like to talk about her past, even though nothing too bad ever happened. It's hard for her to get close to people, some think that she's just stuck up and never actually understand why she can be so quiet about herself, her family, and her past. Before Sadie had joined the pack she was always talking and chatting, and she loved to talk to anyone. But ever since then she hasn't been the same person.
Ambitious. Throughout school Sadie always had the best grades, the young adult was even graduated from Standford College as an honor student. Sadie has always been ambitious. If you give her a task she will get it done, and it will be good. Everyone always told her that she had the looks and the brains, she was a threat to all girls in existence. She still works hard, and tries to get the pack to allow her to get a job doing something, anything really. She's always looking for a challenge that will keep her busy and let her show off her talents.
Delightful. Before joining the pack, Sadie always had a warm smile on her face...Since then she has turned that smile into a bit of a scorn. But if you do manage to get on her good side you will be welcomed with a warm surprise. Sadie is sweet and energetic, constantly making jokes and being silly. Every once and awhile she does like to have serious conversations, such as politics and fashion which is extremely important to her.
Instinctive. Being a werewolf doesn't mean that you didn't have good instincts before hand. Sadie has always had sort of a sixth sense, as though she can see into the future and figure out what choice will lead to the better outcome. Now that she's a werewolf it's like it has been doubled.

}❝ Everybody's got a dark side ❞ [x] Sadie in her wolf form is a light blonde, almost white, color. Her fur is always a bit thinner than most to other the other wolves, even during the winter. She believes she is this way because her hair in her human form is also thin. She is an average size for a female wolf and weighs about 115 pounds. Her eyes remain the same warm brown they are in her human form and her nose is quiet unusual, because it is pink.
[x] Sadie is a new werewolf. She was turned only six months ago and she is still trying to get a hang of this whole werewolf thing. She isn't allowed to leave the cabin because she still hasn't learned how to control her shifting.

}❝ Well, you won't be seeing anything unusual here...❞ Sadie has always been straight. She's never, ever strayed off the path. She's always found guys that are buff and taller than her to be very attractive, and as long as they aren't ghostly white or gingers you're simply drop dead gorgeous to her. She likes a guy that is intellectual, if you are from America and can't speak English or spell correctly or even use grammar the way it's supposed to be used then you might just want to go find a different girl, because Sadie likes them at least somewhat smart. It wasn't until her senior year of high school that Sadie had her first boyfriend. His name was James, he was really sweet and stuff, but Sadie wanted to go to college and James wanted to continue to live his parents and it wasn't long until she dumped him. While at Stanford, Sadie met the man of her dreams, Sam. He was absolutely perfect. It was only three months after the two met that they began to date. Throughout all of her college career the two love birds were constantly together. On the night of the camping trip Sadie was dragged away and turned by the werewolves Sam was going to propose to her. Thankfully Sam is still trying to find her, and Lopie has been able to let him know that she is alright...If only the pack would let him know...Then Sadie could smile again.
