Doctor Who (version 2.01)

"Well," the Doctor said, thinking back quite a ways. Back to just after the Time War, when he was travelling with Rose... "A rogue Time Agent named Captain Jack Harkness was going to con us - Rose and I - into thinking it was a Chula warship. He thought we were Time Agents ourselves." He sighed deeply. "Those nanogenes were quite a nightmare. Started reconfiguring the entire human race into gas-mask wearing oddities with the mind of a six-year-old searching for his mother. But it was sorted out in the end."

"Gotta love nano genes." Elizabeth said sarcastically. "Brilliant little things though really, I don't know anyone that could reconfigure a huge portion of the human race!" She grinned.
"We'll let's go meet the chaulians...or is it chulars?"

Animinelook her head, smiling slightly. "Yep,lets go meet them, whoever they are."

[Steamturtle]

"Can't be too bad," the Doctor said, grinning falsely. "They are one of the few races who have an ambulance system." He was trying to convince himself they wouldn't be very aggressive. However, he didn't believe it, not for a moment. They are known for two things: their ambulances. And their war ships.

Animine looked at the Doctor. It was obvious he was having doubts, and she looked the slightest bit concerned. She looked back at Elizabeth, who seemed happy to go see them. Animine herself was curious, but there was a sense of forboding in the air.

"I want to see the war ships. Jack said they're brilliant. Told me nothing of the species though." She mused, opening the doors of the TARDIS and stepping out. It was odd, in the sense the planet looked a bit like earth and a bit like mars and a bit like metabilis 3. Her eyes twinkled excitedly. Hostile species were the best.

The Doctor sighed, concerned. Unlike him, Elizabeth still got a thrill from fights and wars. He...well, he wasn't looking forward to seeing this race. They seemed to have been avoiding him; perhaps there's a reason. He followed Elizabeth, and - even though he was still concerned - got a thrill that only came from stepping on a new planet.

Animine walked out after him, looking around, smiling slightly.

Elizabeth looked up at the sky.
"It's ever so quiet." You could hear the tiniest bit of disappointment in her voice as she glanced around.

Gavinia noticed they were all leaving. She turned to Frys. "Should we follow them?" she asked. "This...TARDIS makes me feel weird." Then again, she had a strange feeling that something was off...

The Doctor checked his pockets, then snapped his fingers. "Sonic!" he said, nodding his head. "That's what I'm forgetting. I knew there was something..." he turned back to the TARDIS, pulling out his key.
