Kage looked at the paper with crossed eyes when she opened them, "you can be." She murmured and closed her eyes when he kissed her shoulder, a hand loosely clasping the folded paper with another sigh. She listened to him speak, and remained quiet, listening to him breath, his heart beat. "It is too, Aiden." She murmured quietly to the point it was almost inaudible. "And now he's been going through whatever stuff because of me giving him the poison."

"I'm pretty sure we all would, dear." Skylar kissed the top of her head and put his arms around her when she leaned against him. He was slightly confused by listening to halftime conversation but he connected that some Cross was coming.

Kurai was sitting still quietly on the windowsill by Jacob's head. She was glancing between him, her aunt and uncle, and the doors of the infirmary. She hoped that her mother was going to be ok and had to resist the urdge to go out and find them, deciding that if her mom was in shock that Her dad would be ok. She looked back at Jacob and frowned, something bothering her. It took a minute for her to realize what it was; his chest wasn't moving. Her eyes widened and she slipped off the windowsill to stand by the bed. She placed a hand on his chest to see if she could feel his chest moving. When she didn't, she bit her lip and hovered a hand over his mouth, still not feeling a breath. "Um um, he-he's not breathing." She looked at Angela and Skylar with a worried expression as she spoke and then turned back to her brother. She pressed a hand on his neck and was relieved, and extremely confused, when she found a pulse.

Cat had been watching them for sometime before a group of ants climbing the wall caught his attention and so he had been slowly stalking them to see where the little creatures went... Well that was when while stalking the ants he came across those glasses left on the table, he grinned grabbing them and sat by a window just using the sunlight that passed through the glasses as a laser and burning the ants that passed there, "Oh and this is war of worlds, the aliens had invaded planet earth and attacked us with their powerful rays, 'eeep they're burning us' and so no one is left to stay alive!" he muttered lowly to himself playing as he burnt the ants.

"We can't all rip his head off, he doesn't have that many." Angela mumbled, closing her eyes tiredly. Her eyes shot open when she heard that Jacob wasn't breathing though. She shot over to Jacob's bed as if she was a bullet being fired from a gun.

Rachel had beaten Angela to it though and was pulling an oxygen mask over Jacob's face and lacing her fingers together to do chest compressions. "Go and get your parents now Kurai, drag them in here if you must." Rachel shooed Kurai away and gently pushed Angela back out of her way too.

"Oh come on, you're talking nonsense. Unless you gave him a bottle of poison to drink then it wasn't your fault. You didn't get to choose what the kids inherited, and none of us knew that the poison could be passed down. It's not your fault. It's that stupid vampire's fault." Aiden tilted Kage's face up so she was looking at him, "It wasn't your fault, you cannot blame yourself."

Oscar grinned when he found Cat and what the London was doing. "Oi, I'm pretty sure they aren't aliens." Oscar took the seat on the window sill next to Castiel and chuckled a little as he watched the London fry ants. He knew it was a terrible thing for Cat to be doing, but it was quite amusing nonetheless. "You're insane you know that?"

Kurai backed away when Rachel shooed her, hesitating before she nodded. She turned and nearly went into Skylar, who had simply appeared instead of moving his legs. She moved around him before darting out of the infirmary.

"Am not talking nonsense." Kage mumbled stubbornly and looked at him when he tilted her head up. Instead of saying anything she just shook her head, still refusing to say it wasn't her fault. She blinked and turned her head as she heard running and frowned as Kurai came around the corner of the corridor. When Kurai saw them she darted over to them and started pulling them up to their feet, "Jacob's not breathing. C'mon."

Kage jolted in surprise, her eyes widening. Before she was even on her feet all the way, shadows moved around all three of them and then they were in the infirmary within a couple seconds, the shadows dropping away back to normal. She moved to Jacob's bedside, on the other side of Rachel so she wouldn't be in the way of the angel, "what's going on?"

Oscar's voice brought a smile over to his face and he chuckled slightly looking up at him, "no no, the ants are the people, those glasses are the aliens.. Well, their spaceships..." he purred and got back to frying little ants purring louder at Oscar's comment and nodded, "Yeah, I know. Leon says that and so does Lars" he frowned then when the ants stopped appearing and so he set the glasses down on the windowsill, "whatcha doing here?" he asked looking at Oscar.

"I just wanted to be normal."

Aiden followed Kage and stepped behind his wife, holding her tightly against him as he watched Jacob. "Do something Rachel... Please..."

"I am trying to do something." Rachel insisted, "Stop asking me things I'm busy." Riley and Mason chose that moment to appear with Deryn. "Can people stop appearing?!" When she noticed who it was however, she grabbed Deryn's arm and pulled him over to Jacob. "Wake him up."

Deryn stumbled about disorientated for a few moments before he figured out what was going on and pressed his hands to the sides of Jacob's head and started trying to wake Jacob up.

Oscar chuckled and shook his head with a smile as he watched Castiel finish frying the frantic ants. "Ah, but if you're insane it's more interesting. Insane people end up having more fun than boring people who stick to rules. I'm here because I got bored... And you're interesting, oh and there's food in the hall downstairs."

Castiel smiled at him amused by the words and nodded hen standing up, "I was down there eating when Kurai hit me with a senbon" he said, "didn't hurt, it caught only the shirt but then I fell of the chair and..." he trailed off looking outside, "uhh is that a firefly?" he asked pointing to a few small floating lights outside, he shook his head, "those insecs are amusing just because their butts shine" he blinked, "ah, and then she said her brother wasn't waking up so I carried him here..." he looked at Oscar again, "I would go down and eat more... Though I wanted to have a small bomb to explode a roast pork... Do you know where I can find the bomb Oscar?" he smiled innocently up at him, "hum?"

Kage was glad when Aiden held her against him as she watched Jacob. She was quiet, flexing her hands at her sides to calm herself down. She looked at the twins and Deryn as they appeared, surprised at their appearance again, and Deryn's. She was confused but didn't question it, deciding to ask later.

In Jacob's mind, there wasn't anything; no thoughts, no feelings, nothing. On the surface anyway. In his mind he was just sitting in nothing, floating around utterly confused and frightened. He remembered passing out, but when his mind just went blank it frightened him. His head hurt a lot too. Very much actually. He knew he was passed out... why couldn't he wake up though? His head hurt... he wanted to wake up. Why couldn't he wake up! He didn't like being alone... at least his own thoughts would be nice... whoa. wait. He wasn't alone... something was in his head... (confusing? XD)
'Deryn?' It took a minute for him to recognized who it was, but he did. 'Deryn! What's going on? ...Why are you here and I'm not? Well... my head... what's going ooooon?' He had no idea if Deryn could hear him but he didn't care. Well he did... he wanted the Cross to hear him... maybe he didn't care what words he heard, just an acknowledgement he heard something? yeah, that's it.

Aiden's breaths were struggled now, he was watching Jacob and trying not to yell at someone to do something. He was trying to stay calm for Kage and Kurai's sake but if you looked at him closely it was clear that he was struggling with that.

Deryn frowned as he started to hear Jacob's voice within the nothingness that he'd found in Jacob's mind. 'Eh you won't wake up? So I thought I'd come say hi. Right... I'm going to have to help you wake up somehow... How I do that I have no idea. Oh and you're not currently breathing... I thought you'd like to know.'

"What on earth is a senbon? A type of biscuit?" Oscar turned to look out of the window and frowned at the fireflies flying around in the air. "Yeah they look like fireflies. How can they be glum when they have the sun shining out their bum?"

Oscar shrugged a little, "I don't think it would be a good idea to put a bomb in the middle of a roast pork... It's a waste of roast pork."

Castiel blinked, "it would but it would be fun" he said simply and stretched himself a little feeling as Lettuce climbed back to his back and settled down on his shoulder once more, "so... Up to going back to the hall and eating?" he smiled, "we could do a 'who eats more' competition like last year... I wanna see how long you'll take to feel sick... Last year you took mere 20 minutes..." he grinned.
