Angela grinned faintly, "I think that me and Kage are the only ones in our family with any common sense at all." She kissed Skylar and grinned faintly, "No offence honey." She gave the dragon another glance and pulled one of the school doors open. "Coffee sounds like a good idea, cafeteria?"

Riley pulled Kurai back into a hug and shrugged a little, "Well we were escaping from one of the teachers, and that is most definitely the best way to do it. Don't jump off the cliff into the ocean either, it ends up with two broken ribs and cuts up and down your arms and chest. If your brother finds walking down a corridor dangerous, I'd suggest that you don't let him walk into Mason's workspace. Cool lizard thing."

Rachel grinned a little, "Most people don't enjoy being stabbed with needles, if I tell them first, they tend to move away. Plus-" She smirked, "Your reaction is always amusing after being stabbed with a needle." Rachel hummed quietly for a few moments and then headed back over to Jacob, checking his eyes to see if there were any silver flecks there.

Cat snapped out of his own little world as soon as he noticed they were talking to him, he looked at Kurai frowning a little, ''An Iguana?!" he looked almost like he had been extremely offended, "don't say it's an iguana! She is an albino dragon from the Galapagos Islands!" he said and then seemed to cover the place where Lettuce's ears would be, "she is an iguana but she thinks she is a dragon... Don't tell her otherwise or she'll be sad" he whispered on a rushed tune and then uncovered the iguana's ears setting her on his shoulder, "yes, this dragon is called Lettuce" he said purring the words. And nodded at Riley, "thank you"

"I just wanted to be normal."

Skylar chuckled, "not offended, it's true, I'm not denying it." He kissed her back and simply walked through the other door she hadn't opened, "cafeteria sounds good... it'll be interesting trying to get it with all the kids at the banquet and stuff though." He was quiet a moment and then grinned, "should I 'walk' through them?"

"I'd prefer to be told still. I'm not most people." Kage mumbled under her breath and pulled a face, "I'm glad the reaction of me, being stabbed by a needle, amuses you." She smiled faintly then, giving her head a small shake. She put her hands into the pocket of her jacket and watched Rachel as she checked Jacob's eyes. Curious, she stood on her tiptoes to look over the angel's shoulder to see. It took a minute before she saw silver appear in the blue of his eyes. "My eyes didn't turn silver." She murmured and stepped back, going back to standing on the flats of her feet.

An incredibly amused look appeared on Kurai's expression as she listened to her uncle when she returned the hug. "You two did a lot of things... I don't know if I should take it as a challenge or take it as common sense is needed." She then grinned, "can't say I can keep him from that. He might be able to do it though, his room turns out to be that way during the summer since he has time to fiddle with stuff." She blinked as Cat seemed offended and went into defense mode. She put her hands up in a surrender gesture, "whoa whoa ok. Dragon. not iguana. Dragon. Named Lettuce." So terrifying was something she was tempted to add at the end but she didn't want him to flip out again.

Angela nodded, "Well if you walk through them, grab two coffees and meet me out here, I'd be very grateful." Angela kissed his cheek and gently pushed him through the doors of the room that the banquet was being held in, and it was stuffed with people already.

"Eh since I'm not your parents, and not the person you are supposed to look up to, feel free to see it as a challenge!" Riley grinned. "Just don't get your eye ripped out by a demon, and make sure every injury you gain can be healed, and you'll be fine!" Riley glanced at Lettuce. "Can that... Dragon... Actually understand what we are saying? Or... not?"

"I have a dark humor Mrs Pearce, I thought you already knew that." Rachel frowned at Jacob' silver eyes and then glanced back at Kage, "You'd kill me if I stuck a needle in his eye right?" She knew the answer was likely to be a yes so she frowned and picked up her clipboard, "Anyway, I'll go get the results hum? If he wakes up, shout me back."

Cat glanced back at the iguana who just stared back at him for a moment before looking at Riley, "she does" he frowned, "why wouldn't she?" he tilted his head curiously as he looked from Riley to Kurai then back, "she is a smart thing..." he mumbled.

"I just wanted to be normal."

Skylar chuckled, "alright, two coffees and very confused students shall be coming up." He grinned and let her push him through the door and immediately went through someone. They kinda stood there with a confused look and when they turned to look at him he gave a small wave, "sorry about that." He grinned at their expression when their mouth dropped opened as he floated backwards into the hoard of students. "Ahh I never get tired of their reactions..." He said to himself and casually moved through the people, who were equally confused as the first student, only catching a glimpse of him before he disappeared through another student. As he came up to the coffee, he got two cups and proceeded to make his way back out. As he passed through people, he was keeping an eye out for either Jacob or Kurai, half expecting to see them start a food fight. When he didn't spot them he frowned only slightly and passed through the doors again. "Cup of coffee for you." He gave Angela a kiss and passed her the cup of coffee. He took a drink of his, his form already become steady and grinned, "They never get old, they have the most amusing reactions."

Kage gave a small nod, "yeah... no not really. Maybe. I don't know." She frowned, pulling a face, "yup, I most defiantly would. Funny you asked 'cause I'm guessing you knew the question to that already." She stepped back when Rachel picked up her clipboard and gave a nod, the shadows that where around her neck dropping away, "will do. No more needle stabbing." She smiled faintly and when the angel left, she sat down on the edge of the bed. She looked at Jacob with a quiet expression, brushing dark blue hair from his face. She sighed quietly and folded her hands, propped her elbows on her knees and resting her head on her folded hands, she drifted off into thoughts.

Kurai grinned and gave a small laugh, "I won't plan on getting my eye taken out." She pulled one of her legs up, her heel on the ledge of the window, and rested her head on her knee, "so, challenge accepted." She looked at Cat and then tilted her head slightly, a faint frown appearing on her expression, "So its fine referring to her as a thing.... but not... the uh... other word?"

Angela grinned and returned the kiss, then took the coffee from Skylar's hands. She took a few sips of coffee and started slowly walking down the corridor as she drank coffee, pacing slowly p and down as she tended to do when she wasn't really thinking about things properly. "I love the reactions of kids, especially when they realize that I'm a teacher and not a student. It's hilarious." A wicked smile made it's way to her face and she took another sip of coffee.

"Right... Lizards... Sorry... Dragons... Understand people...? I know the elemental dragons do, but that's because they are dragons. I'm gonna stop talking about the -thing- now since it's getting weird. No offence." Riley kissed Kurai's cheek and lifted her up on his shoulders again. "Shall we go check on your brother then? Since I need to get back to mine preferably before he blows something up - you know he's a bit... Clueless sometimes."

Skylar chuckled drinking his coffee and watching his wife with amusement. "I'm tempted to just come and sit in the back of the room, pretending to be a student just to see their reactions." It didn't take very long, he didn't even realize it, to finish his coffee. He looked at it with a pout face and sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Aww it's all gone..." His form was nearly solid, you'd have to be a centimeter away to see through him. A frown suddenly appeared on his expression and his form turned solid completely, looking alive minus the grey to his skin, before it went back to being transparent. "Kage's here... And she's not extremely happy... She left didn't she?" He had felt the sudden energy from his sister's whip being near along with a pretty strong shift in shadows.

Castiel shrugged, "thing is universal and can me anything, this way you don't get mixed up neither confused and I depending on your voice tone it doesn't sounds mean either" he purred the words and looked at Riley, well of course iguanas didn't know what people were talking about, for then human words were merely annoying senseless noises but Cat would never understand that simply because he was too stubborn to accept the fact, he just nodded to Riley and chuckled a little "s'ok, talks with me always end up like that" he said purring the words once more and shrugged a little not sure if he should stick with then or go back to the dinner. He blinked and decided on following them since now he was curious to know what had happened to Jacob.

Kurai smiled with amusement as she listened to them and squeaked as Riley lifted her up onto his shoulders. "Uncle Riley I can walk you know...." She mumbled and then nodded, "yup, lets go." She smiled faintly, murmuring an agreement and looked down at Cat, "You can tag along if you want, just don't be a big tiger and terrify all the nurses again, as amusing as it was."
