He smiled, she was cute, but she didn't need any more wine. Then something odd dawned upon him. He released her and went to the wine bottle using one hand to put the cork back in. "How old are you?" He asked.

"Eighteen." She said with a shrug, tucking a strand of hair behind one ear.

[Kienwynn]

He moved to the other side of the kitchen and opened the fridge with his foot placing in the wine bottle on the top shelf. "Is that a conversion of mermaid years to human years or just straight up 18?" He asked closing the door.

[Snow Eevee]

"Uh... okay smaller words, yea? You're murdering my head. I'm eighteen, period. I was born, eighteen years ago, in June." She said with a frown.

"Oh, hmm." He moved to the sink and poured out the glass. "I've gotta say, that was underage drinking you just did. We hunters don't just kill monsters we're kinda like super cops. I just might have to arrest you."

"Ah ah ah... you talking human laws, Zache. My kind have a different set of rules." She reminded him with a smirk.

[Kienwynn]

"But you are in a humans house, in a human town." He spread out his arms motioning to everything around him. "You don't go to China and disobey their laws. And I am certain if I went to Atlantis I wouldn't disobey their laws."

"Heck, I disobey Atlantis's rules... I'm doing it right now." She snickered, leaning one hip against the counter.

Zache lifted his eyes brow gently setting down the glass. "What rule is that?"
