Akos watched her a moment after she broke off, and eventually he said slowly, so he could get out what he wanted to say correctly, "I've never been around other wolves, so I've never heard of this bond, but . . . " he looked at the ground and shuffled his feet a bit and finally finished, "if it does exist, I think we may have one."
"Yea, exactly," Nazar said with a chuckle and he turned and headed back to the two of them. He stopped however as it seemed they were having some kind of moment and he wasn't one to interrupt. He looked at Ana with a smirk as he released her hand and said quietly, "That seems to be happening a lot lately."
He turned and looked at Arson when the werewolf came in and smirked at the girl that was with him, happy that the loose he'd felt over Amarissa would be softened now.
Akos turned at the sound of Arson's voice and he stepped out of his way, but didn't leave Amarissa's side.

But in the corner, at the cold
hour of dawn, sat the poor girl, with
rosy cheeks and with a smiling mouth,
leaning against the wall--frozen to
death on the last evening of the old
year. Stiff and stark sat the child
there with her matches, of which
one bundle had been burnt.
"She wanted to warm herself,"
people said. No one had the
slightest suspicion of what
beautiful things she had seen;
no one even dreamed of the
splendor in which, with her
grandmother she had entered
on the joys of a new year.
