Mitz jumped into the shadows of the trees and hoped like hell no human had seen her cats ears. She took the loaf from her mouth and decided to go see Kai again, since there was practically nothing else to do. Mitz began to make her way through the forest, letting her tail fall out from under her shirt.

Kai started playing with the seaweed that was in his hair, He always had seaweed in his hair.....

Mitz managed to find her way back to Kai's pond, loaf in hand. She sat down a few feet from the water and took a bite out of her bread.

Kai looked over at her. "So your back....." Kai said rather confused of why she would bother to come back.

"Mmhmm." Mitz nodded, with her mouthful. She chewed and swallowed. "I lost my hat," she said. "I can't go into the city without my hat." Mitz pointed to her cats ears.

"Why even bother going to those places? From all that i know is that they don't have much water." Kai shrugged.

Mitz laughed and smiled. "The food." She said simply, holding up her loaf. "And i don't like water that much." She said, eyeing the pond warily. "No offence. It's just that i'm a fire mutant and so water is not my thing."

"There's tons of food in the forest Plus how can you eat that stuff? And i need deep amounts of water so i can hunt... " Kai said.

"Only the bread." Miz said taking another bite of her loaf. "The rest of the human food is disgusting." She mumbled around her mouthful.
She sat in silence, pondering over the kelpie's words. "I like to study the humans... they're not so different form the mutants..." She said, lost in thought.

He shrugged and walked in behind her. He pointed to the menu above them, above where the android cashiers were. "So, what would you like?" he asked her, pulling out his wallet.

Hendrietta pulled out her phone and checked the screen of the city, checking for any mutants. A light beeped and she zoomed in to the coordinates of the place. It was where she was standing. Mutant? she thought to herself and turned to look at Hal, a bit shocked.

Hal cocked his head curiously as the beep rung in his ears, "What...?" he asked worried by the look she gave him.
