"Okay?" he said chewing on the chicken nugget. "Would you like some more?"

"Thanks." The word didn't sound meant. Anne swallowed without chewing at all and stopped after two more pieces.

"You're an alright kid," he said chewing another chicken nugget.

Anne's eyes widened in offence. "I need no more. And, believe me, I can put on more of a fight than my little sister. Do not patronize me."

[Gelick]

"If that's what you say," he said, finishing up the meal in less than three seconds. He threw the garbage away in the trash.

Anne looked down at her hand. She grit her teeth to keep from shooting this guy as she stuffed at bullet back inside.
"I suppose I shouldn't shoot now. The alliance would love me if I injured or killed you."

[Gelick]

"You're right, they would love you if they knew about your whereabouts, who you really are, and your age," he said, standing up and dusting his coat off.

Mitz tried desperately to cove her ears and ran out onto the street heading for the forest.
