RUCARIO: "It only took me about a month, but that's because I was afraid of being bit. The moment the collar was off, I made a run for it." I shrug. "You couldn't blame me, I missed my family. I wanted to go find them." I shake my head. "Worst mistake ever. he found me the moment I stopped to rest. Being bitten wasn't too bad. But it scared the living daylight outta me."

"I have no one to run to." Roxanne said and sat down taking her boots off.

Rucario: "It's just as well. I don't think being bitten is a good thing. I lost my will for a few days afterward. It's was pretty bad."

Roxanne shivers.

Rucario: "I don't mean to scare you or anything." I say smiling. "it's just the way things are. In fact, being bitten by a vampire as old as him feels great. There was a brief moment where I didn't want him to stop. That's why most around here do stupid stuff to just get bitten. They never run, that would put the collar back on, but there are plenty of stupid stuf they can do."

RUCARIO: "sneaking into the Graveyard is a popular one. Poisoning his tea, not many try that. Refusing to eat the cookies will just get you beat, nothing else to it. Aw, this is a good one, mop the floors with fake blood or katsup, he hates that. Hang his blood cookies on the tree at christmas time. or hanging cookies on the chandelier. Um . . . there is another one . . . ooh, sneak into his library and steal a book. Don't read it, just steal it, it'll drive him crazy trying to find it."

"why sneaking in the graveyard?" Roxanne asked.

RUCARIO: "because, his family resides there. Their graves are marked by silver headstones that are polished everyday by the guards. The other headstones mark the graves of all of his past slaves that died in his service. Almost all are from old age. The others were sick, or did something insanely bad hat forced him to kill them. I'm not sure what was so bad, but I don't want to die young." I give her a lopsided grin.
