YOL: Teren brings the collar and opens the door. I head inside and fit the collar around her neck. I then snap and her chains fall off. "Come on then, you can work in the kitchen until I find a real use for you."

Roxanne nods and follows quickly as her heels click.

YOL: I head up to the kitchen, only the house chef, Rucario, is inside. "Rucario, I have a new servant to help you. Keep her out of trouble, won't you?"
"Yes sir!" He says with a smal salute. I smile and head away to my office.
RUCARIO: "So, you're new, eh? Well, I'm sure I can find something for you to do."

"Thank you. Can I ask you something?" Roxanne asked.

RUCARIO: "Ask away, little miss," I say smiling. I guess she might be wondering why I don't have a collar on like her's.

"Does he drink from his slaves?'' Roxanne asked.

RUCARIO: "Well, yes, but only when they are being exceptionally difficult." I check the tea pot. "Don't make much trouble and he won't drink from you . . . how did you know he was a vampire? That isn't easy to notice. Sometimes I forget myself. Sometimes other forget and do something terribly stupid. They never forget easily, but sometimes people mess up so he will drink from them. it's strange to be around them."

Rucario: "True," I say and pour the hot water into a tea pot where the tea bag is waiting. I put the top on the tea pot and wait for the water to soak up the flavor. I lean on the counter. "So, what's your name and how old are you?"
