Before Pietro could react, Zakali pinned him to the ground. "You stupid, little, white-pelted-" He cut off and dug his claws into him, "Why did you do that to me!?" He yelled in his face angrily, his pelt bristling in anger.

Alyssa|Lioness
I noticed the pain and confusion twisting across Quicksilver's face. I felt bad.
"He can't understand barking, Zakali!" I said. Tundra looked determined to protect her newfound crush.
And because she was my friend, and teammate I decided -no matter how much I disliked him- that I would help.
I ran towards them.

Zakali started to sweat, he was getting more violent than usual. He didn't want to do this. Stop yourself! He thought, he couldn't, his instinct told him to run from Alyssa. He picked up Quicksilver by the shirt and ran off, STOP!!! He thought, his eyes narrowing angrily, he kept running against his will, he got an idea. Drop the mutant, drop the mutant... He thought, but it didn't work.

Selina/Tundra

Tundra swicthed to snow leopard form and raced after Zakali. With all the force she could muster, she threw herself on Zakali, ripping and shredding with her claws as hard as she could. "LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!!!!!!" she screamed.

(wow this is getting interesting!)

Alyssa|Lioness
I stopped, watching as Zakali picked up Pietro. "No!" Tundra yelled. She shapeshifted to her leopard form, and ran off after them.
She probably wouldn't be able to catch up. I started running too. I easily caught up to him. The hard part would to overpower him, which I didn't think I could do.
I pulled out my claws. (Which I've never used on animate objects, for the record.)
Pietro started wiggling. The sight of him made me almost laugh, he looked like a worm. I decided I would have to cut his shirt out of Zakali's mouth.

((I have to get off for that night. X.x And it's 9:50. Grr. Ninja'd. Well, this was set BEFORE Tundra's post.))

Zakali turned on her, dropping Quicksilver, who sped off without glancing back. He jumped onto Tundra and wrapped his jaws around her neck, snarling a warning to her. Stay away! You'll be killed! He growled in a tongue only animals could understand.

Selina/Tundra

"I DON'T CARE!!!!!!!" she screamed she slashed Zakali across the face, causing him to lose his grip on her. "TO KILL HIM, YOU'LL HAVE TO KILL ME FIRST!!!!!!" She stood on four paws, in frount of Pietro, guarding him. "Go ahead, do your worst!!!" she dared.

[Ditzy Doo]

You idiot! Zakali snarled, Run! And take white-pelt there with you! NOW! He growled, insanity taking over, he took a step towards her, blood dripping down his face and landing on his now soaked paws.

Selina/Tundra

Selina took the hint. She grabbed Pietro by the shirt and ran off through the woods. She wondered where to take him. I guess the only safe place is the mansion she thought. She ran as fast as she could toward the mansion. She ran inside the gates and set him down. She quickly switched to human form. "Are you okay?" she asked Pietro. "Yeah, I'm okay, he said. "just a little shook up. what a ride! who was that guy?" Selina panted for air. "As far as I can tell, a murdering maniac. What's he got against you?!?" Pietro shrugged. "I have no idea!" Selina frowned. "He wanted to kill you. I just couldn't let him do that. Can you find your way back home?"
"yeah, he said. "i think so." I couldn't believe what had happened that night. Stained in blood and slashes, I waited for Alyssa to come back. I figured it would be easier to explain things with both of us there.

Zakali narrowed his red eyes and crouched down, luckily, the insanity was wearing down now that he had nothing to attack. He eventually regained his sanity, and turned into his human form, pulling his hood over his eyes and walking towards Tundra's scent, he gave a sigh as he stalked along angrily, his gaze twitched to a mansion, his eyes widening as he saw Tundra carry Pietro in there, he fought the urge to wait until he was gone to enter, he sighed and entered the gates silently, he walked up to the door and knocked on it, sighing lightly, he likely wouldn't be accepted now, with his insanity taking over like that.
