X-men: Evolution RP (CLOSING FROM LITTLE ACTIVITY)

((Yep. Well it depends because two are about *shudder* Cyclops, whom I despise, though one is good. The other is a re-make of Jean's Last Stand death. Though Cyclops was alive in this and was a tailor who was blind. And the other was a Rogue one in New Orleans and she had different, creepy powers. And Gambit and Mystique saved her from the Hellfire Club, who were trying to pull a Phoenix Force extraction type plot.))
Alyssa|Lioness:
"Because HYRDA is creepy. And evil." I said after Selina, in case she didn't convince him. "And look, our costumes have X's!" Wolverine raises his eyebrows. "YOU do it! I'm bad at recruiting!" I said.
"If we were with HYDRA, do you think they'd get these two to trap you? They'd fail. And let me tell ya, Bub, HYDRA does nasty things, I wouldn't want to be part of that organization." Wolverine said.
"He knows from experience that they do bad things, he has a clone." I whispered. He glared. I don't care if he didn't want his secrets blabbed all over the place, he never asked me not to tell them. Surprisingly.

((Getting off for the night. Just told Narnian/Quinne to go on more. She was surprised to hear we were in page 16.))

Cheshire cast his gaze down to the ground, occasionally flickering back up to Wolverine. "I'm sorry... I know from experience the types of things HYDRA can do." He shuddered and shook his head, as if shaking away some horrible memory, threatening to flood back into his mind.

At Cheshire's apology Wolverine looked a bit confused at what you say back. People don't have much to apologize to him for, he's a little intimidating.
"Say thanks or it's all right!" I whispered, jabbing him in the stomach with my elbow. Only I could get away with that kind of stuff. Not just anybody hits him and lives.
"Uh, yeah. You didn't… Know." Wolverine said.
Wow he REALLY doesn't get apologized to much.
Selina snickered at his obvious discomfort.
"So, at the institute where we live, we can help you control your powers." I said.

((I'm thinking Gambit will help a lot with Cheshire's powers, since he can -somewhat- hypnotize people.))

Cheshire seemed a little unsure about her statement. "You don't even know what my powers are... Even if you did I don't think anyone could really help me..." He shook his head and straightened himself out,looking each of them in the eye and nodding. "Fine, I'll give it a try..." He smiled though there was still obvious doubt in his voice.

"Okay. Well let's go then." I said. "I hope you're not afraid of flying…"
We get into the jet and Selina and I tried to make small talk with the guy, who had introduced himself to be Cheshire.
The X-jet was high above the clouds. I tried to see if there were any shapes, but they mostly just looked like blobs.
I drummed my seat. Wolverine scowled.
Personally, I think it's fun to annoy him, but I stop.
You shouldn't drive angry, especially when the vehicle costs a couple hundred thousand dollars, maybe even a million.
We land.
"I wonder if anyone else will give him the tour." I thought.

Cheshire looked rather uncomfortable throughout the whole ride, he smiled as they finally landed but it was clear that he was nervous. "What a way to get around...." He said, grinning sheepishly.

Alyssa|Lioness:
"Yeah… I have super speed, though, so this isn't my preferred method of transportation." I said. "I could show you around, or someone else could, if you want." Since he seemed a little nervous, maybe he needed someone like Jean to show him around, I wasn't the best for shyer people to hang out with.
I could talk and talk and talk. I'm a chatty person.
We walked into the institute. I opened the door, and there was Jean! It's like she's a mind- oh right, she is.
((Jean is not Phoenix yet, just so you know.))

Cheshire shrugged and looked around while following her. "It doesn't really matter to me... I could just wander around on my own." He sighed, and nodded. Yup, alone. That's usually how things went for him.

"So.....what's your power, Chesire? I mean, if you're ready to talk about it, that is....I mean I could show you mine, if you want. I guess I'm just curious. You don't have to." Selina said.
