-Okay, this is a semi-literate role-play, and a violence/gang based one. *note* Beth and I are not the best, but we are trying to beef up our posts ect.-
Plot Outline:
Two rival crimunal gangs start a turf war over who 'owns' which streets & who deals what. The "Secret Weapon" for both sides is teenagers with weapons implanted in their body. Think of the Astro-Boy advert where he says "I have machine guns...in my BUTT?!". This could happen in the role-play, but NO robots please! Which gang will win, and control the streets?
Setting:
It is the year 2976 (hence title), in the city of Aemftork which happens to be in New New England. It is alot like "present day", but also has a cure for cancer, cars are run water, they have hover-vehicles and have stopped global warming. On a less bright note they also have created nano-bombs and electricity pulse weapons and mind control darts.
The Gangs
There are two main gangs; the Metal Dragons and the Lightening Gunners. The Metal Dragons specialise in dealing weaponary from the military, but the Lightening Gunners work with - and invented - a new type of drug called Lightening which makes the taker feel invincible - for a reason. The drug gives the taker laser eyes for up to three hours. There is however a bad side. While 'eating' the drug, your life force slowly ebbs away. It is obviously illegal, but the Lightening Gunners have plenty of it to sell. Each gang want's to work in the other's field of experties and illiminate the threat to their 'empire'.

*Beth and I are both in charge, as this is a joint idea for a roleplay. I may be online more often though.
*Up to three characters per person please!
*No Powers, but up to two peices of weaponary implanted.
*As this is Semi-Literate, we expect at LEAST half a pharagraph with proper capitalization and punctuation. We are leniant on spelling and grammar. The only excuse for a shorter length post is 'writers block'.
*No chatspeak. It is hard to understand!
*We are allowed to write more rules if we want, and the code (write in other) is "Turf War"
