"You already know. My family used to be in charge. I'm afraid if they hear they won't want me on their side, that they might think I'll betray them afterwards. I mean, I might, but they don't have to know that." Lorelei confided in Kuril.

[Farrah]

"Is that reason to be stuck up?" Kuril said wryly, glancing at his sword, which had twitched. Just barely, but a bit. Oh, dear.

Lorelei looked cutely to the side and mumbled "Yes." She was too busy trying to be über nice to him and truck him to notice anything. She did kinda like him, but this was a war!

Selene watched closely.

Jerome got up from his spot and quickly came up a few feet behind her. "You're with Mora." He had heard that name before.

"Hmm. Interesting. I had no idea. I mean, as royalty you can be what you want, but as royalty moved aside?" Kuril, in the depths of his subconscious, knew that having a War Commander infatuated with him would prove far more useful than anyone else. But he didn't openly think it, and he realized it had probably been ten or so minutes. The person who was at the gate would most definitely be frustrated.
"I believe I have to go now; I was originally supposed to meet someone at the gate. They won't be happy." he said quietly, locking his eyes with hers.

Selene turned around. She hissed at him.
"Who are you?" She hissed.

Lorelei looked upset but nodded. "Will I be able so see you again?" She asked, seemingly earnestly.
This was working perfectly. She hadn't expected to meet someone she knew as a child. This opened a whole array of possible emotions that could be manipulated. Though, he might have grown stronger than she'd originally thought...

((I think it's funny how they each think they have the advantage XD ))

(Yeah I guess if they both have it then neither do!)

Kuril nodded.
"It was nice to meet you again, Lorelei of Kings." he said, then swept past her and toward the gate without giving her a chance to reply. This had been a most interesting meeting...

As soon as he was out of sight, Lorelei scowled. He was too good to be attacked or scared into speaking. This would take much longer to weasel out of him, if she could. She sighed and walked back to camp, but deciding she wasn't ready to go back yet, she sat at the border if the two lands and gazed into the Hierarchy's land.
