Powers: power: he can fly/float, he has superior strength, and slight Hypnotism/charm) emits a nerve agents such as sleep powder, poison powders, paralysis powders and other such powders through his skin at will. He can disappear into a fog/mist or shadows.
Personality: rather light, and carefree for an adult, nothing really seems to bother the guy. But he can be annoyed and has a temper when pushed or threatened.
