Shadow followed Wren. She didn't know the way to Kyle's house So she decided to not get lost.

Wren led the way. They made it around the creek without seeing Justin. "Thank god." Wren whispered. She kept walking to Kyle's house almost forgetting Shadow was following her so she had to remind herself not to bolt because she thought she heard Justin.

Shadow caught up. " Do you think the party will be only vampires? " She asked looking towards Wren.

"I'd say mostly. A lot of us have human friends that know what we are." Wren shrugged.

Shadow nodded. " Okay..." She didn;t know what to say then. She doesn't do well with silence.

She looked up at the boy as she held her neck, she just got bit by a vampire. She gasped for air trying to talk, "I-I don't know", she said.

Wren tried to strike up conversation again. She hated silence. More than- well almost as much as she couldn't stand spiders. Yes yes. She is a vampire who has a fear of spiders get over it. "So. Where did you move here from?"

" Oh a small town called Whitechapel. Covered with vampires." She smiled. " I'm glad I left.
