Quinn steped out into the room and held his knife in a defensive position. "Who ever was screaming isn't on this floor." he said looking around warily.

[Huntress13]

Rebekka glanced at Quinn. "What do you think? Up or down? I'm thinking up maybe" she said.

[Katori]

Quinn looked around. "I'd say up." he suggested shrugging and heading for the stairs, knife still in hand.

[Huntress13]

Rebekka quietly followed just behind, she glanced around nervously.

Quinn walked up the stairs and looked around. "Floor four." he said looking around the empty third floor.

Serena hugged her knees as she cried silently. He couldn't be dead. He simply couldn't. He was the only one she had left. The only one who understood her. This couldn't be real...

Rebekka dashed up the stairs when she spotted Wren beside a very still Mathew. She stopped for a second. She threw her knife to the side of the room and ran over to Wren, kneeling beside her. "What happened?" she asked softly.

Quinn froze in the doorway. He saw Serena and Wren both practically cryin their eyes out and Matthew laying on the floor. He figured he would try and talk to Serena while Rebekkah talked to Wren. He walked over to where Serena was and sat next to her. "What happened, Rena?" he whispered gently.

Wren just shook her head, not saying anything at first. She couldn't wipe enough of the tears away. "Matt... He .. That idiot! He got himself killed for me...." Wren managed choke out, her voice hitching.

(I can't remember, is Matt alive but looks dead?)

Serena looked up, her eyes teary. Not able to speak, she pointed at Matthew his chest, to the bullet, shaking.
