Welcome to Alexander’s House for Troubled Teens, this is the place where families send their ’troubled’ teens, at least they can…if they have the money. Here teens like you live until your considered ‘cured’ and sent back into the world.
You are one of these troubled teens, your family tell you that they love you and yet that confuses you…why? If they cared so much would they send you away to a house full of doctors telling you what’s wrong with you? Your first session they say you have some unpronounceable physiological disorder. Yeah you might have issues but you’ve never thought you were sick and yet these people blabber on about how you must learn to control your disorder but something’s bothering you, you don’t actually display all the symptoms of your disorder. Did they mess up somehow? Or are they keeping you here for an entirely different reason?

E X P L A N A T I O N

If you haven’t figured it out this is based on The Summoning by Kelly Armstrong. I won’t be following the exact plot so if you haven’t read the books your fine. Each teen is either a necromancer, witch/wizard, werewolf or demi-demon with the power of fire manipulation or telekinesis. The teens can either know or not know about their abilities. I won’t allow people to make any more types of teens so please don’t ask.

R U L E S

Semi-Lit I expect everyone who applies to be able to write at least four detailed sentences every post! We all know how to write so I’m sure we all know what a fragment sentence is, I would like none of those and as close as possible to perfect spelling and grammar as we can muster.

Polite please be polite to everyone, anything you say to another person wether you meant it or not still hurts. But don’t take offense to the things typed in character, it’s not them speaking it’s the character.

Characters are like people, no one is perfect and not everyone has a sob story. Keep the genders even, if you can’t rp one gender then look at the list and see if there is room for one more boy or girl. If you can rp both gender then please make both my only objection to this rule is if we have ten guys and three girls {or vice versa} only then may you have more than one of a gender.

Tess’s rules are always followed in every role play and I expect the same here fade to black…no img’s on every post, pg13, swearing…you all know what I’m talking about.

Forms are make your own, my only reason of doing this is…I’m lazy XD hahahahahhahahahahahahahah…… all joking aside I’m doing this because it’s a good way to judge wether or not your literate enough for the role play.

Schedules and Stuff
yes, here at Andrew’s House we do have a schedule
it’s not very strict but classes do begin at 1pm and
go till 3pm. All sessions of ‘counselling’ are to be
between the hours of 9-11am, there are no exceptions
to these times.
All teens will be expected to: clean their rooms, do their
own laundry and clean if they’ve made a mess.

Rules and Punishments{break them if you want}
-In bed by ten o’clock {the only exception is studying
with another person}

-No one is allowed out in the garden without permission {if you
break this rule means kitchen duty}

-No girls in boys rooms and vice versa {both will be either on kitchen
or cleaning duty}

-No violence {there will be an investigation as to what happened and
it might be that someone will be ‘relocated’}

Ava is an introvert, it’s not a bad, terrible thing it’s just who she is. People drain her energy very fast so she hates going to crowded places such as malls and touristy places. She actually prefers reading books and admiring the beauty of things, from a nice and quiet spot of course. Given this first impression most people think of her as cold, rude and uncaring…but whoever though of first impressions as important? Voice. That’s what her first name means, maybe her parents gave her that name in the hopes that she would be one of those girls who would speak up for themselves and others. Sadly, giving someone a name doesn’t mean that they’ll live up to that name. Ava doesn’t like to bother people with her inner turmoil, she just grins and bears it, grins and bears it, hoping that it will all just go away if she does.Pure. Sweet innocent, sure Ava isn’t really very experienced in the world but she’s not naive. She’s taken care of herself for two years. She’s a very responsible but just like any teenager she gives into that feeling of fun and recklessness every now and again.

Ava was born in New York to a family of hard workers, her father is the ceo of a large company and her mother is the head of a charity group. Even though her parents travel frequently Ava hasn’t really minded because they always come home. Enrolled into a prestigious private school Ava was happy to start her first year of high school, that is until she saw something. It was the first time she’d ever seen a ghost and well…that can be quiet a shock for someone, you see the school had only had one suicide; a student had jumped from the roof and that is exactly what she saw. Screaming for help and such Ava was committed to the hospital for a week before moving to Andrew’s where she was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Well the first day she came to Andrew’s house was one of the most memorable days of her life, if not for the best. When she came through the doors her parents said goodbye and left her there, yeah it wasn’t the best good bye but what her parents expected to do? Their daughter was nuts and probably didn’t look so good, were the expected to hug her and tell her she would be fine?
