Seraphina had woken up in... well, a van. Her eyes shot open and she noticed there were two windows with bars preventing her from squirming out. The metal was seemingly impenetrable, as she figured out after punching it hard with her fists. She knew she was captured. What about Ragen? She curled up in a corner and cried. Maybe if she cloaked herself when they were trying to get her out she could rush past and dash away. That'd leave her with nothing energy-wise to sprint off.

Tobin awoke in a half-asleep state. Ember was meowing, panicked. Something caught the sight of Tobin's eyes. She looked up and saw blue and red lights illuminating the sky just above the beginning of the alley. Tobin's heart started to race as she heard heavy footsteps coming her way. She slumped down even more, stuffing Ember behind her next to the wall, as she lay a hand on her .45 in her boot. She pretended to be asleep as a flashlight proceeded to rudely shine in her eyes. "Yep, this is the one. Same one stealing from that corner shop, same one making fire outta her bare hands." The shaky rookie next to him nodded and chuckled nervously, waiting for the chief's next order. "I guess we should load her into the truck." The moment the officer put his hand on her arm, Ember, the fierce feral cat, leaps on his hand in a flurry of fur and fangs. The chief cried out in both shock and pain. The rookie dropped his gun in fear with wide eyes. Tobin took this chance, whipping out her gun and firing a bullet into each of the rookie's legs. He went down in a mass of limbs, screaming like a banshee. The officer shook Ember off, who scampered to Tobin, and pulled out his own gun. "Only two? I'd expect a whole SWAT team." Tobin smirked. The officer shook his head as if to shake the fear out of him. "Look now, just set the gun down and this can be a whole lot easier. We just need to take you in for some questions." Tobin laughed "Questions? Are you serious? That's why you bring tranquilizers and guns, huh?" Tobin motioned to the case of them just next to the car. "We just don't want anyone getting hurt." He said, trying to candy coat the obvious lie. "Watch me." Tobin shot at the hand holding the gun and again at both his feet. The officer cried out but the rookie was still wailing like a baby. Tobin grabbed Ember by the scruff of the neck and started running to the only place in the city with no cops, the alley where the gangs were

Ragen walked around, keeping an eye out for the two girls he'd met. Tara and Sera. He couldn't help but wonder where they were. There was one reason that he liked The Alley, home of the gangs. No cops, they didn't dare enter the belly of the beast. So many people had abilities down here, you could seperate the ones who did or didn't. All of them highly trained for using guns, knifes, swords, cookies, nearly everything for a weapon. They came off as more of the dumb type, but their minds were cunnings, and they're quick on their feet. Most people feared the gang, unless they were born in it, or had abilities. One of the main reasons Ragen had no trouble coming here, was the fact that they couldn't hurt him. While his mind was deep in thought, he had bumped into yet another girl(tobin).He stepped back, in both shock, and surprise. He could have his own gang by the time this night ended.

While Tobin was running away from the cops, her heart was racing. When she got to the alley she bumped into another person. She was on end and surprised, so she fell down. "Watch where the heck your'e going, dumb*ss!" Tobin yelled, obviously angry. She had a massive headache and she was in no mood to take any crap. Her adrenaline was high and she still had her .45 in her hand. If she needed to, she would use it. Ember hissed at the stranger, acting like the big bad kitty.

Practically giving up hope, Seraphina balled her hands into fists and slammed them into the metal wall several times, ignoring the extreme pain and the occasional spatter of blood flying. "Please!" she pleaded, not knowing if her voice would be heard from the outside. "Help me!" She heard voices outside telling her to shut up and then the slam of a couple doors, then the vehicle started to move. She was standing, but when the car sped up, she was thrown against the wall and coughed briefly. It was a bad idea to sleep in an alley.

Ragen shrugged, " sorry, deep in thought." he stuck a hand out, to help her up. The Crow landed in front of the kitten, and cawed in response to the hiss. Ragen saw her head, and the slight mark it had on it. He had a slight moment of envy, but it dissapeared.

Tobin knocked his hand away with her gun, sneering. "This is no place to be deep in thought, pretty boy." Tobin got up, grabbing Ember, who was about to claw the crow to death, and put her in her pocket. "Do you not know where you are? The second your'e not alert, someone will kill you. I don't care if your'e some kind of gang banger. You will get killed." Tobin strung out the last sentence in the air for good measure. 'People shouldn't be so careless, just wandering around. They could get hurt.' She thought
