Tara listened as he spoke of not screaming and such. When he extended his hand again, she simply looked up at him from under the hood of her sweat-shirt. "Well aside from freak, my Mom used to call me Tara. So call me Tara... I guess..." She looked down again, backing up somewhat. The feeling welled inside of her, she was nervous, afraid. Fur pricked up on her skin, spreading across her face slowly, she pulled the hood closer, trying desperately to hide her freakish distortions.

Ragen sighed, " i'm not afraid of you." He looked her strait in the eye, not showing any sign of being afraid, or disgusted. He was calm. His whole body was relaxed, and even the Crow was calm.

Hayden followed the girl to find the vet.

They arrived at the vets office, she opened the door silently for Hayden and Cheif. SHe cast a worried glance at the dog.

The dove soon flew back to Austin and jess, looking at them, before hoping onto his head.

The Tiger girl looked up suddenly, shocked, her hood fell and revealed a shocking change. HEr face was cloaked in thick orange fur, patterned much like a tiger. Tara stared at him, her eyes widening considerably as she felt her newly grown whiskers twitch. "No? That's finem you must be something close to perfec then." She hissed, revealing sharp fangs. She backed away more, a tail curling out from behind her, twitching in anticapation.

Tobin slumped down and sat in a dark alley, leaning against a dumpster. Her forehead's gash was leaking blood like a faucet. Ember mewed with concern but Tobin wouldn't have it. "Shhhh. Just sit there so I can get out your food." She set Ember down in front of her as she dug the can of kitten food from her pocket. She took out a pocket knife from her boot and pried it open, making a big mess. Tobin managed to make an opening big enough for Ember to eat without cutting her mouth. "Eat up" She sighed, taking out her own dinner of dry ramen. Ember gratefully dove into her meal while Tobin opened the package of noodles. "Really, Tobin? Ramen? That's the best you could do?" She muttered to herself. 'If I had some water and a cup I could make this..' She looked around longingly. "I guess not" She whispered. Tobin looked over at Ember who had fallen asleep after her meal. Tobin sighed. 'Maybe a nap would be nice' She chucked the ramen on the dumpster next to her and curled up next to Ember, trying to make the most of an empty stomach and a throbbing forehead.

Ragen leaned against the alley wall, " i can't help it. i can't scar, i can't barely bleed." He sighed, " the reason i'm perfect is because my abilities won't let me be any other way." He looked at her, his eyes emotionless. It was true, cellular regeneration was such an extreme ability for him, that he had stopped aging last year. It had renewed all his aging cells, to keep him looking 18 to 19." except i'm not perfect," he muttered to himself, though, Tara probably heard him.

Tara watched as he leaned on the wall. She felt the atmosphere shift completely, going from warm to cold in zero to one. Her whiskers quivered as she tilted ehr head at his confession. She stepped forward before she leaned in close, her whiskers touching his face. "Would you rather be covered in fur, be offered jobs in circus's to scare the people? Be offered as a pet to rich men?" She asked softly, testing him. The fur on her face puffed out in fur. Her eyes widened as a mom and child passed. The child stared at her, where the mom's eyes widened and she took her purse, smacking Tara with it,"Don't look at my child!" She barked, making Tara look at the ground. She moved closer to the wall and her eyes looked sad,"I'm scared. If I grow up and have a kid. I'm scared I'll do this to it, put it through pain, or something. I love children, but because of this, I can't go near them." Tara whispered, moving to the wall beside Ragen. She didn't know about freezing her age though. "And I didn't mean perfect like that. I meant because you weren't scared. Most, like that woman, react like that. I'm not used to, well, this..."

Ragen looked at her, " i would rather be covered in fur, then be a perfect, imperfect, 19 year old, who's stuck looking 19 his whole life." He sighed, " you could be cured. Magically, people will find a cure for most abilities. I'm sure alot of people would take the cure. But how are the gonna cure cells, that already cure me?" He looked at the moon, his eyes cold. His Crow cawed, and Ragen leaned off the wall. He glanced around him, as the Crow looked in the opposite direction. He saw everything.
