Rylie looked at him wide eyed, " yes, um, i'm, uh, selling cookies, and i was wondering if...." She sat down with a sigh, " it's no use, i won't sell any. Nevermind." She sounded defeated, and worn out. Her delicate features sad.



Ragen, now Erin, walked up to her, " um, hi."

Jacen's tough stance faded as he felt bad for the girl. He sat down beside her. "Hey kid, ya didn't even give me a chance. I like cookies." He smiled, trying to cheer the girl up. He was actually mildly allergic to most cookies. Well, if you consider going to the hospital mild...

Siren walked around the house, trying to get her mind off things. she hadnt seen Jonathan for..... well for a long time now. it had been about 5 weeks? she used to see him everyday and it was driving her insane. she punched the door to his old room " Jonathan, where are you?" she whispered. she had left more holes in his door than ever now and her knuckles were soar. 5 weeks and she was already ready to go to a crazy house. the house was too silent as well. needing noise she went to turn on some music and blared it on high, the sounds echoing through the house. she sighed, blissful noise.

Rylie smiled at him, " really! cool! and, i'm not a kid anymore. I'm 15, turning 16 in two days..." She handed him a list, " um, these are the cookies.... I'm raising money, for charity." It was true, she felt bad for homeless children.


Erin shrugged, " i've had better days, but there's nothing to complain about."

"I'm sorry, miss." Jacen smiled. He looked over the list. "Hmm...I'll buy three boxes of chocolate chip, and five boxes of sugar cookies."

Rylie's eyes widened once again, " oh wow.... Um okay...." She nodded, " on second." She ran down the street to her car, a white prius C. She grabbed the cookies and jogged back. She held them out to him, " i'll help you take them in, if you'd like...." She looked down shyly.



Erin laughed, " So, got any plans for the day?"
