Seline looked at Sage. "Well, kinda. Anyways, let's get on with it before something bad happens." turning to the girl, she yelled. "Hey, we need to say something!" she screamed.

"Hey, could you speak up, I don't think she heard you." Sage said sacastically. Tarryn rolled her eyes at Sage.

"Oh, shut up!" Seline grumbled. "How about you say it then, wise guy!" she snorted, punching Sage lightly on the arm.

Sage laughed. "I am wise, thanks." He said.
"You're just about everything, but wise." Tarryn teased.
"Oh,so I'm smart, funny, nice-" He listed.
"No," Tarryn cut in.

"Yeah, nice and cute, was that what you were gonna say?" she asked with a groan. "Because you are nothing but that!" she muttered.

When they got to the end of the block, Taylor stopped and peeked around the corner. Two police officers were pacing back and forth on either side of the street. "There are police here," she whispered. "Just act normal."
She stepped out into the police officers' sight. "Hello, officer," she said politely to the first one they encountered.
He nodded, but before they could pass, he held up his hand up, signaling for them to stop. "Say, you haven't seen any mutants around here, have you?"

taylor flipped her hair behind her shoulder, and walked out. " Morning." She said. When she heard the officers question, she stopped and raised an eyebrow, then she made herself look as if she were trying to remember, " um, not that i can recall. I'll make sure to keep my eye out for them." She nodded, and smiled.

When the officer looked at her, she shook her head, not making eye contact with the officer.
The officer frowned. "Strange. I've never seen a person with red eyes before."
"They're colored contacts," Taylor said quietly."Red is my favorite color."
She didn't like that the officer was starting to ask questions.

Alli watched them talk and sighed. "I will be going now." she put back on her headphones and started walking away.

Taylor laughed, and walked up to stand by her friend, " do you think i should get a pair? They look awesome on you." She was a great actor, her smile was perfect for the moment. She looked at the officer, and kind of smiled apologetically, " i'm sorry, we didn't mean any harm."

Taylor grinded her teeth. She was glad she had backup, but worried what the officer's reaction would be.
The officer nodded, saying, "They look very real." He backed away to let them pass.
"Thanks." She grabbed Taylor's arm and started walking towards the pizza place quickly. After they got a few yards away, she looked back. "Oh, no," she groaned. The officers were whispering to each other and pointing in their direction.

Taylor shrugged, and whispered, " play it cool." she flipped her hair, and continued to walk towards the pizza place. She was completely calm.
