Muggle Studies



Alecto was brought up on in a small, all-wizarding communtity. Her parents were very much believers in pure-blood supremacy so Alecto mingled mainly with the pure-blooded Slytherin lot, and attended all of the family gatherings held at various manors around the country. Alecto was a Slytherin at Hogwarts and also a member of the Slug Club, for Slughorn believed (though he would deny it if asked) that she would grow up to be a 'formidable young witch'. She was recruited to the Death Eaters straight out of school. In school, Alecto devised numerous horrible scemes, many of them directed at Muggleborns or Muggleborn-loving teachers, none of which she took part in herself. Even so, in her entire schooling experience, she received less than 10 detentions, almost all of which were for minor things in her first few years. This is believed to be because she was the teacher's pet in many of her classes, and they gave her leniencies, where others would have been punished on the spot. Alecto is often the mastermind, and rarely wields the sword if she can help it, but she does take a certain delight in cursing innocent children.

Alecto can't deal with being thought of as inferior or stupid, and therefore has to be the best at everything. She's a perfectionist and likes eveerything to go according to plan. She can't stand idiots and works best with people that she deems as her equal. Alecto likes to be in control and have all the power so she has problems with authority. Alecto is very neat and tidy, and she can't stand messiness in any form. She likes testing people (teachers, students, friends, enemies) and increasingly respects people the more they pass.
